Just want to give you a massive thank you for helping me fully understand timeshares. For a long time I used to think it was all a scam but now I know better and I have you to thank for that.
That is awesome. Thanks so much. Glad that you have been able to learn more about timeshare from the channel. Sadly too many people buy timeshare and shouldn't have. This along with high pressure sales gives timeshare a bad name for what is otherwise a great vacation product. Thanks for watching!
Jeremy, we are looking at going to this Desert Springs resort in Oct 2023. We are newer points owners. It looks like the Villas 1 option is a bit larger and does not run the risk of being put in the Jasmin section. We are golfers it looks like a lot of local options. Planning on a 1 bedroom for a week (I need to verify that 1 week is check in Sun and check out Sat just not sure). How do you like this location? Thanks (I did sign up for your video course and have reviewed)
We really like the Desert Springs 1. All but a very small few of the villas have golf course views. We haven't stayed in the 1BR units, but you are guaranteed to have a good view from the balcony vs a studio. If you are booking with points, you can reserve any number of nights. Though a week long stay would usually be considered 7 nights and would be a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, or just about any day. If you are Executive level or above, you can reserve less than 7 nights at 10 months but if you are Owner or Select level you would have to wait until 10 months in advance. Thanks for watching and also signing up for the MVC Made Easy course, I hope that it's been helpful.

Thanks Jeremy for the prompt reply. With all the Marriott website issues, I will give them a call and talk with them once I get through the hold time.
All set with a 7 day at Villas 1. Only on hold for 2 minutes. Thanks again
@@roberthyman6282 Awesome, have a great trip!
