Kpopmart tends to have older and rarer albums in stock when other sites don't (for example Wonder Girls' Reboot and Chungha's Gotta Go limited edition), but they also charge a bit more. Kpoptown is cheaper and I really appreciate that they let you pick versions even for older albums (like BTS's hyyh pt 1) 😊

I only had one instance where they forgot an album in my order and they instantly gave me a refund for that. Customer service is wonderful as well and very quick to talk with you over any issues. for shipping, do you normally use "small packet service"? because i've never bought anything from kpoptown before and i really want to get a lightstick but i saw that if you choose that shipping option, tracking is "impossible/cheap" and if your package gets lost, you won't get a refund so i'm scared that my package might get lost knowing my luck hahaha

I don’t think you mentioned it but Kpopmart when they ship your item then show a picture of your item you ordered in the box it comes with. I always order from Kpopmart and it has been great every time! And I’ve ordered maybe 10 albums so far from them with no problems at all.

for me personally, i live in europe and the shipping in kpoptown costs 48$ in any way, i can't choose the small packaging. i would like to order 7 albums from there bc some are out of stock. i tried kpopmart and there was the itzy album that i wanted (that was out of stock in kpoptown) so i want to order 8 albums and the shipping is 8$. KPOPTOWN total: 147.90$ KPOPMART: 122.90$ so i think for me personally, kpopmart is better. i also heard that they send pictures of the order so that's actually very nice. and i don't really care about shipping time because at least it's cheaper. we kpop stans are broke soo.. sorry for writing a whole essay lol what do y'all think? I prefer Kpopmart actually but that’s only because they pack Album with poster tube in the same package and they have better packaging in my opinion. Kpoptown has sent me damaged albums since they failed to put enough bubble wrap and snug albums in a bubble mailer instead of a box. Also Kpopmart always sends you a picture of your order via email so you know what your getting. Even after pre order I usually get the benefits :)
Also if anyone ever does bulk orders or you just want to order with your friend I recommend Crazy Kpop. Their site after a certain amount of items does not change the shipping price but if you email them what you want they answer pretty promptly based on kst. I remember buying $800 with my friends and we got a major discount of like $200. All the albums we ordered we didn’t necessarily get posters but we got the posters and albums that were really old came with pre order benefits it was amazing tbh. Crazy Kpop also has lots of free posters so we even got some free extra posters in our order 😅
Kpoptown and Kpopmart are generally my two go-to places, and I just compare and see what's the cheapest option for what I'm getting. But just saying, if you're buying more than one album at a time, Kpopmart will individually bubblewrap each album. Kpoptown will bubblewrap everything together, so the albums may end up rubbing up against each other. So Kpopmart's packaging is imo a lot better if getting more than one album.
I prefer Kpoptown too! They're slightly cheaper and I've only had an issue with a package once that was resolved completely. They always reply within 1-2 business days too. This was a really good video :)

I’ve used both stores but I prefer Kpoptown a lot more. If you pre-order an album from them, sometimes they’ll give you freebies (similar to photocards) and I always love when they do that. Both stores may take a while for shipping though, unless you get DHL.
Bin-Obsessed I’ve gotten freebies from Kpopmart before. I got them in one of my BTS albums and also in my EXO KoKo Bop album. I wish they would do more of it but they haven’t been doing that lately.
I only buy my albums from these two stores because I like the guarantee that my purchase counts towards Hanteo. I know other stores count towards Hanteo too, but I'm just familiar with these two. I pick between them just based on whichever is cheaper (not that there's a huge difference between them, like you said) ^^ Good review!
i only ever use kpoptown (i've used kpopmart once for something sold out on kpoptown) and i have never had any complaints. a few times in the past it took them a while to ship but lately they've been on top of it!

Great video! I use kpoptown every so often, mostly if something's cheaper there. I also find that they tend to have some stuff that I can't get anywhere else (rare albums or merch). I don't think I've ever had a problem with them, and I'm one of those people who lives on the wild side and tends to use the cheapest possible shipping even if there's no tracking 😂 I will say that if an album's not a pre-order I feel like they're a little slow to ship compared to others. But it's good to know that kpopmart is comparable to kpoptown! I'll feel more comfortable using it in the future. Edit: as a side note, I love that you refer to everything as "she" (the website, the album, etc) lol

I actually use both regularly! It was fun to see these two sites being tested with the same album at the same time. I'm not found of Kpoptown's website, it looks pretty but putting groups together without any link is just confusing and I wish there was an option to only show albums instead of albums and goodies all thrown in together. Kpopmart's searchbar is useless but at least it's easy to find one artist' page lol. They have different use, I use Kpoptown when I want to pick a specific version or extra bubblewrap, and Kpopmart when I want an older album or some rarer versions (I was able to buy Loona's XX limited editions on there after seeing how production got messed up, lucky me). Thanks for the serie! I'll check out the Ktown4u video and look forward to the next ones!
when I first started buying albums, I used both, but mainly use kpoptown for everything now (sometimes i buy albums from a local store, but that's beside the point) I always use the small packet delivery method because I'm a broke college student. the only time I had an issue with kpoptown was when I ordered two Carat Bongs cause I was gonna see SVT in concert. They came two months later than usual, luckily, I ordered them early on, so they came in time for the concert. The reason for the delay was because they quickly ran out of stock, since they were just released then. I wasn't the only one that had that issue either. >

I usually buy albums on kpoptown since they are a little bit cheaper but I bought loona yyxy beauty & the beat limited on kpopmart since they didn’t have it on kpoptown. I think kpopmart has more “rare” albums then kpoptown do tbh. When bts’ love yourself answer came out I really wanted the E version since I thought the pictures were really beautiful but apparently you could only choose a random version or buy all 4 versions so I emailed kpoptown and asked why you couldn’t choose version and then after their respond they said that they could send me the E version for the same price as the random choice which I was really happy about :D

I always use kpoptown and choose small packet shipping and i’ve never had a problem. It usually gets shipped the tuesday or friday after you order and it takes about a little less than a week to get to you.

I almost always use the small packet shipping method with Kpoptown because im cheap af lolol i've never gotten a package lost in the mail, but if you're the paranoid type, then yeah you might want a tracking number. I plan on buying both my BlackPink and NCT light sticks this weekend so yayyy~
As someone who likes to live life on the edge, I've never had issues with using small packet from kpoptown - it always shows up and is packaged well. It does take basically EXACTLY two weeks though so if you need something fast, another option is better. Of course everyone's experience could be different so it's always safer to have a tracking number but just to add some anecdotal evidence that small packet (at least from kpoptown) has been fine for someone out there!

I order all of my albums from kpoptown and nearly always use the cheapest shipping available, I have never had a single issue with them and I've probably ordered about 70+ albums through them. I live in the UK and their prices consistently work out cheaper, including shipping, than any other site out there. Albums normally arrive with me within 10 or 11 days with the cheapest shipping and 3 or 4 days with DHL or EMS. They sometimes take a few days to ship out items that are current stock (not preorder) but that doesn't bother me too much. I only spring for tracked shipping when I'm ordering 4 or 5 albums at once. I've tried Kpopmart in the past but they took much longer to ship out and were more expensive.
On the website especially for older albums do they come with the photbook even if it doesn’t say in the description ? For example lotto exo album it doesn’t mention a photobook is it still mentioned ? 💗
i have only bought once from kpopmart and it was preorder, they all came in great condition and the posters too, shipping to usa for three albums and poster tube was $20 but since then, I just join reliable group orders to save on shipping. I bought about 10 albums at kpoptown over the course of 3 years, as well as two season's greetings and a lightstick and I never ever had issues with them. their shipping is super fast (even when they got a sh*t load of preorders) and it's always been nicely packed. it's my go to store!

Kpop mart is extremely expensive. I put the same things in the the cart with the same shipping options to Portugal. While Kpopmart was 132,57€, Kpoptown was 108,23€. It's just ridiculous that their albums and shipping are expensive.

Kpoptown might be my go to store that I will try out first. I see that they got light sticks. The one that I will mainly want to get to show off the groups that I stan. It’s good to see that on there as a trusted store. I don’t have to worry about getting PayPal for those lightsticks. I don’t have PayPal.
wishingt0befam0us almost every Kpop store sells light sticks just fyi. I just don’t know if I can trust them arriving to me safely through the mail. The only light stick I have is my ARMY Bomb which I bought at the concert. Lol.

I ever tried music plaza once, the price at music plaza for some albums are the same with choice music LA. But some of them are like 1$ more expensive than choicemusicLA. The shipping price and speed both choicemusicLA and music plaza are the same. Because they’re using usps and they shipped it from LA. I’ll use music plaza if album that I want not available in choicemusicLA or catchhopcd 😁
my friends have told me to buy from yesasia cause I have seen prices on yesasia and the prices are a bit cheaper than these two sites. Never bought anything from yesasia but I do recommend this site :)
I prefer KpopMart. I ordered every Twice Merchs, Album and Candy Bong Z from them without having any problem. The K-Packet (shipment alternative) is also good US$ 16.80 traceable package for two weeks is cheap and good enough, though I often choose UPS (the most expensive but fastest delivery) if it's new album release haha

I received the wrong album from them, and when I emailed them they refused to offer help and didn't want to send me the correct album, so I never got what I ordered. After a while I decided to give them another chance because I thought "mistakes happen, this was probably a one time thing" but nope. I received the wrong album again and they refused, again, to give me the album I ordered. Never ordered anything from there after this.
I've only used kpopmart once I think for BTS YNWA albums, and from what I remember the shipping was kinda expensive? I use kpoptown for pretty much everything now except Japanese releases, and they're super helpful at replying to problems (I bought some bt21 things which were out of stock and they quickly let me know and gave me the money back). I'm not sure why but their shipping time has also gotten faster? It used to take about 2 weeks but now I get everything pretty much in a week-10 days which is super nice

Because of the KPOPTOWN website, it was my first as you can call it "religious spiritual experience" using the wire transfer payment/bank wire payment for an album. Like I never paid for any online order before using the wire transfer/bank wire payment method. My bank legit charges a $45 wire fee. My kpop order bill was $272.60 so crazy! Somebody should help me become a pro at purchasing online orders through wire transfer/bank wire method.
Yeah for some weird reason on Kpopmart their search bar doesn’t even work. They need to fix that lol. I’ve been buying albums from Choice Music LA lately. The prices on the albums are just a little bit more expensive but the shipping costs are pretty cheap and I usually use the cheapest shipping method, which comes with a tracking number once it’s been shipped. I preordered my JUS2 albums on March 3rd before they came out and they were shipped on March 8th. My albums will be arriving on the 19th. I believe it still takes the same amount of time it would take if you ordered from Kpopmart or Kpop town when ordering from Choice Music LA using the cheapest method for shipping, but the albums come in pretty good condition. I tested that out with my Taemin album I bought last month.
Don't order from Kpoptown. If you receive the wrong item it takes ages to get refunded or get the right album sent to you.(if you even get refunded in the end). Back in the day they used to be so good but their customer service now is literally so bad. Don't do it.
Kpopmart was my go-to album store before Weply existed. I ordered BTS's whole discgraphy at the time (The latest album at the time was Love Yourself: Her) and it all went smoothly. The shipping was pretty pricey though since it weighed around 10kgs lmao. I don't really like their new website though...it looks shadier now than before
Kpoptown was the first store I used to buy kpop albums but I haven't used it since I received an album that was damaged. It looks like they improved their packaging so I might use it again

I've never bought from these two stores cause ktown4u just end up being cheaper for me but I'll definitely be willing to buy from kpoptown in the future if my usual store doesn't have something I want. Also, I always use small packet cause I'm broke and I've never had any problems with it. I don't know if it applies to the us but when I take that shipping option I do get tracking for when the package is in korea but after it leaves korea I don't have any tracking

SockJean I gave them a chance last month when I ordered Taemin’s Want albums. The shipping costs are somewhat decent and the albums get to you fairly quickly. My albums only had the slightest bit of damage in the corners but it wasn’t too bad. I hope my JUS2 albums came in good condition since I ordered both versions of that from Choice Music also. My albums will be arriving on Tuesday.

Kpoptown has a weird tagging system, sometimes if I'm looking for a groups album I have to go to one I can find by searching and then click the tag and then it'll show more of their releases
The problem with ktown4u for me is that it only sell their products in USD, you cannot switch the currency to euros. I've wanted to buy Seventeen's album for 5 weeks already, but it still not available in the Netherlands, and I cannot buy it from ktown4u cuz the currency is different ughh

hey i want to point out that small packet does come with a tracking number for some places. I live in Europe and when i buy albums i use small packet most of the time and it always comes with a tracking number. i am not sure with loosing the packet as it hasn't happend to me yet lol. I think it is only north america that doesn´t come with a tracking number. sorry for commenting something not really related to the video but small packet may work for some people, at least it works for me :)

I don’t think you mentioned it but Kpopmart when they ship your item then show a picture of your item you ordered in the box it comes with.
I always order from Kpopmart and it has been great every time! And I’ve ordered maybe 10 albums so far from them with no problems at all.

for me personally, i live in europe and the shipping in kpoptown costs 48$ in any way, i can't choose the small packaging. i would like to order 7 albums from there bc some are out of stock. i tried kpopmart and there was the itzy album that i wanted (that was out of stock in kpoptown) so i want to order 8 albums and the shipping is 8$.

so i think for me personally, kpopmart is better. i also heard that they send pictures of the order so that's actually very nice.

@@tantanta___9 idk, i didn’t order those albums in may, but i ordered from kpopmart 2 weeks ago and i payed 50$ for shipping because i’m on the other side of the world, i think if you’re in asia yours can be about 15$, but you can put the albums in the cart and go to pay and it’ll show u the shipping price!! also, it came fast and ina perfect condition, no damage at all!!
I prefer Kpopmart actually but that’s only because they pack Album with poster tube in the same package and they have better packaging in my opinion. Kpoptown has sent me damaged albums since they failed to put enough bubble wrap and snug albums in a bubble mailer instead of a box. Also Kpopmart always sends you a picture of your order via email so you know what your getting. Even after pre order I usually get the benefits :)
Also if anyone ever does bulk orders or you just want to order with your friend I recommend Crazy Kpop. Their site after a certain amount of items does not change the shipping price but if you email them what you want they answer pretty promptly based on kst. I remember buying $800 with my friends and we got a major discount of like $200. All the albums we ordered we didn’t necessarily get posters but we got the posters and albums that were really old came with pre order benefits it was amazing tbh. Crazy Kpop also has lots of free posters so we even got some free extra posters in our order 😅
So does that mean the poster tube and album come separately, and is that if you buy the unfolded poster separately ?
@@shakya1239 If you mean Kpopmart, it's usually one big box that contains your albums + a poster tube that includes all the posters you ordered.
Kpoptown and Kpopmart are generally my two go-to places, and I just compare and see what's the cheapest option for what I'm getting. But just saying, if you're buying more than one album at a time, Kpopmart will individually bubblewrap each album. Kpoptown will bubblewrap everything together, so the albums may end up rubbing up against each other. So Kpopmart's packaging is imo a lot better if getting more than one album.

I prefer Kpoptown too! They're slightly cheaper and I've only had an issue with a package once that was resolved completely. They always reply within 1-2 business days too. This was a really good video :)

I’ve used both stores but I prefer Kpoptown a lot more. If you pre-order an album from them, sometimes they’ll give you freebies (similar to photocards) and I always love when they do that. Both stores may take a while for shipping though, unless you get DHL.
Bin-Obsessed I’ve gotten freebies from Kpopmart before. I got them in one of my BTS albums and also in my EXO KoKo Bop album. I wish they would do more of it but they haven’t been doing that lately.
I only buy my albums from these two stores because I like the guarantee that my purchase counts towards Hanteo. I know other stores count towards Hanteo too, but I'm just familiar with these two. I pick between them just based on whichever is cheaper (not that there's a huge difference between them, like you said) ^^ Good review!

I used to use kpopmart a lot but last time I ordered from them was in 2017...their shipping price got too much but I like how they include a pic of your order when they ship it (do they still do that?).

Great video! I use kpoptown every so often, mostly if something's cheaper there. I also find that they tend to have some stuff that I can't get anywhere else (rare albums or merch). I don't think I've ever had a problem with them, and I'm one of those people who lives on the wild side and tends to use the cheapest possible shipping even if there's no tracking 😂 I will say that if an album's not a pre-order I feel like they're a little slow to ship compared to others. But it's good to know that kpopmart is comparable to kpoptown! I'll feel more comfortable using it in the future.

I actually use both regularly! It was fun to see these two sites being tested with the same album at the same time. I'm not found of Kpoptown's website, it looks pretty but putting groups together without any link is just confusing and I wish there was an option to only show albums instead of albums and goodies all thrown in together. Kpopmart's searchbar is useless but at least it's easy to find one artist' page lol. They have different use, I use Kpoptown when I want to pick a specific version or extra bubblewrap, and Kpopmart when I want an older album or some rarer versions (I was able to buy Loona's XX limited editions on there after seeing how production got messed up, lucky me). Thanks for the serie! I'll check out the Ktown4u video and look forward to the next ones!
when I first started buying albums, I used both, but mainly use kpoptown for everything now (sometimes i buy albums from a local store, but that's beside the point) I always use the small packet delivery method because I'm a broke college student. the only time I had an issue with kpoptown was when I ordered two Carat Bongs cause I was gonna see SVT in concert. They came two months later than usual, luckily, I ordered them early on, so they came in time for the concert. The reason for the delay was because they quickly ran out of stock, since they were just released then. I wasn't the only one that had that issue either. >

I usually buy albums on kpoptown since they are a little bit cheaper but I bought loona yyxy beauty & the beat limited on kpopmart since they didn’t have it on kpoptown.
I think kpopmart has more “rare” albums then kpoptown do tbh.
When bts’ love yourself answer came out I really wanted the E version since I thought the pictures were really beautiful but apparently you could only choose a random version or buy all 4 versions so I emailed kpoptown and asked why you couldn’t choose version and then after their respond they said that they could send me the E version for the same price as the random choice which I was really happy about :D

I always use kpoptown and choose small packet shipping and i’ve never had a problem. It usually gets shipped the tuesday or friday after you order and it takes about a little less than a week to get to you.

I almost always use the small packet shipping method with Kpoptown because im cheap af lolol i've never gotten a package lost in the mail, but if you're the paranoid type, then yeah you might want a tracking number. I plan on buying both my BlackPink and NCT light sticks this weekend so yayyy~
As someone who likes to live life on the edge, I've never had issues with using small packet from kpoptown - it always shows up and is packaged well. It does take basically EXACTLY two weeks though so if you need something fast, another option is better.
Of course everyone's experience could be different so it's always safer to have a tracking number but just to add some anecdotal evidence that small packet (at least from kpoptown) has been fine for someone out there!

I order all of my albums from kpoptown and nearly always use the cheapest shipping available, I have never had a single issue with them and I've probably ordered about 70+ albums through them. I live in the UK and their prices consistently work out cheaper, including shipping, than any other site out there. Albums normally arrive with me within 10 or 11 days with the cheapest shipping and 3 or 4 days with DHL or EMS. They sometimes take a few days to ship out items that are current stock (not preorder) but that doesn't bother me too much. I only spring for tracked shipping when I'm ordering 4 or 5 albums at once. I've tried Kpopmart in the past but they took much longer to ship out and were more expensive.
On the website especially for older albums do they come with the photbook even if it doesn’t say in the description ? For example lotto exo album it doesn’t mention a photobook is it still mentioned ? 💗

I bought about 10 albums at kpoptown over the course of 3 years, as well as two season's greetings and a lightstick and I never ever had issues with them. their shipping is super fast (even when they got a sh*t load of preorders) and it's always been nicely packed. it's my go to store!

Kpop mart is extremely expensive. I put the same things in the the cart with the same shipping options to Portugal. While Kpopmart was 132,57€, Kpoptown was 108,23€. It's just ridiculous that their albums and shipping are expensive.

Kpoptown might be my go to store that I will try out first. I see that they got light sticks. The one that I will mainly want to get to show off the groups that I stan. It’s good to see that on there as a trusted store. I don’t have to worry about getting PayPal for those lightsticks. I don’t have PayPal.

I ever tried music plaza once, the price at music plaza for some albums are the same with choice music LA. But some of them are like 1$ more expensive than choicemusicLA. The shipping price and speed both choicemusicLA and music plaza are the same. Because they’re using usps and they shipped it from LA. I’ll use music plaza if album that I want not available in choicemusicLA or catchhopcd 😁

I prefer KpopMart. I ordered every Twice Merchs, Album and Candy Bong Z from them without having any problem. The K-Packet (shipment alternative) is also good US$ 16.80 traceable package for two weeks is cheap and good enough, though I often choose UPS (the most expensive but fastest delivery) if it's new album release haha

I have used both and I prefer Kpopmart. Never had an issue with them. Kpoptown on the other hand... I received the wrong album from them, and when I emailed them they refused to offer help and didn't want to send me the correct album, so I never got what I ordered. After a while I decided to give them another chance because I thought "mistakes happen, this was probably a one time thing" but nope. I received the wrong album again and they refused, again, to give me the album I ordered. Never ordered anything from there after this.
I've only used kpopmart once I think for BTS YNWA albums, and from what I remember the shipping was kinda expensive? I use kpoptown for pretty much everything now except Japanese releases, and they're super helpful at replying to problems (I bought some bt21 things which were out of stock and they quickly let me know and gave me the money back). I'm not sure why but their shipping time has also gotten faster? It used to take about 2 weeks but now I get everything pretty much in a week-10 days which is super nice

Because of the KPOPTOWN website, it was my first as you can call it "religious spiritual experience" using the wire transfer payment/bank wire payment for an album. Like I never paid for any online order before using the wire transfer/bank wire payment method. My bank legit charges a $45 wire fee. My kpop order bill was $272.60 so crazy! Somebody should help me become a pro at purchasing online orders through wire transfer/bank wire method.

I’ve been buying albums from Choice Music LA lately. The prices on the albums are just a little bit more expensive but the shipping costs are pretty cheap and I usually use the cheapest shipping method, which comes with a tracking number once it’s been shipped. I preordered my JUS2 albums on March 3rd before they came out and they were shipped on March 8th. My albums will be arriving on the 19th. I believe it still takes the same amount of time it would take if you ordered from Kpopmart or Kpop town when ordering from Choice Music LA using the cheapest method for shipping, but the albums come in pretty good condition. I tested that out with my Taemin album I bought last month.

Don't order from Kpoptown. If you receive the wrong item it takes ages to get refunded or get the right album sent to you.(if you even get refunded in the end). Back in the day they used to be so good but their customer service now is literally so bad. Don't do it.

Kpopmart was my go-to album store before Weply existed. I ordered BTS's whole discgraphy at the time (The latest album at the time was Love Yourself: Her) and it all went smoothly. The shipping was pretty pricey though since it weighed around 10kgs lmao. I don't really like their new website though...it looks shadier now than before

SockJean I gave them a chance last month when I ordered Taemin’s Want albums. The shipping costs are somewhat decent and the albums get to you fairly quickly. My albums only had the slightest bit of damage in the corners but it wasn’t too bad. I hope my JUS2 albums came in good condition since I ordered both versions of that from Choice Music also. My albums will be arriving on Tuesday.
Even though I get my albums through group orders now with my ult group, if I like another groups album and want to buy it, I always go through choice!

Kpoptown has a weird tagging system, sometimes if I'm looking for a groups album I have to go to one I can find by searching and then click the tag and then it'll show more of their releases
I might try one of these stores for twice's new comeback, usually I just use yesasia even though they're pretty overpriced
The problem with ktown4u for me is that it only sell their products in USD, you cannot switch the currency to euros. I've wanted to buy Seventeen's album for 5 weeks already, but it still not available in the Netherlands, and I cannot buy it from ktown4u cuz the currency is different ughh

hey i want to point out that small packet does come with a tracking number for some places. I live in Europe and when i buy albums i use small packet most of the time and it always comes with a tracking number. i am not sure with loosing the packet as it hasn't happend to me yet lol. I think it is only north america that doesn´t come with a tracking number. sorry for commenting something not really related to the video but small packet may work for some people, at least it works for me :)

So I’m interested in buying monsta x concert tickets for Houston right, well on the official Instagram it said tickets go on sale March 14 so I checked yesterday and the only tickets that’s been released are the Korean tour stops and Hawaii so I was wondering if you knew by any chance when American tickets go on sale
I don’t think any American sale dates have been released yet. I wouldn’t trust any tickets you see right now. Maybe Seoul has gone on sale but I doubt anything else has

hello~ just a question. so are kpopmart and kpoptown allowing customers to ask a request? i want to ask them (if i'll get the chance to order from their store) to double pack my packages for a double safety + if needed then i can add a payment for a double packing (yeah, i still have trust issues in every store's packaging 😅) sooo, do you think they would accept requests like this?
I’ve never ordered from Kpop town and looking at it the albums are quite quite cheap, the 26 pound shipping is kinda reasonable for such a small price

i emailed them about the shipping and it was shipped a few days later but now i’m having problems with dhl. they’re asking me for an extra €40 to have the albums delivered and idk if it’s genuine or not lol
