Bro, that GT4RS sounds insane!
It's incredible
That white with blue wheel spec is too nice. Unique and under the radar, besides the exhaust of course
Porsches are unbeatable

Easily the most relatable 4RS review out there. Thanks for this!!
Honestly, miles is probably the most underrated car reviwers out there. ONLY 3000 views is CRAZY! Miles deserves 1 million subs and all the views tbh!
Patience is key 🙏🏾
@@CarswithMiles cant wait to see you climb bro :)
Patience is it’s own reward🏎😊
He's getting this car about 2 years after all of the other youtubers got to review it. Just saying. I've seen other people doing some of my favorite cars, way after everybody else reviewed them, and I don't even click on it because after 3 or 4 reviews they just start repeating each other and you learn nothing new.
Porsche's flat six is CRAZY. 500hp is more like 700 in any porsche, 9000rpm is insane. plus its pretty light. sounds insane tho.
the 718 is just a better design than the 911. shame porsche dont give it the gt2/gt3rs treatment.
dont get me wrong, i love 911s :)
A GT2 RS version of the 718 would be a beautiful death trap haha
@@CarswithMiles exactly! nordschleife lap record fosho :)
We all know that the Cayman is a better design than the 911, so does Porsche. They have kept this car under wraps bc they didn’t want to shoot themselves in the foot by upstaging their iconic sports car. They are smart, and unleash this track monster at the right time. Right before electrification 🏎
I have a Cayman Base(981) . I have been telling my friends for years that Porsche was coming out with GT4RS bc they will make the Cayman and Boxer electrified in 2025. And did they ever come out with The Swan Song. Your car is simply amazing 🏎
Hey I just found your channel. The few videos I've watched were A+. Keep it up 👍👍
It sounds soooooo good. Next time invite 👀
You’re living the dream my guy. Great video
🔥🔥🔥
Amazing car brother keep it up 👍 🔥🔥🔥
Bro how do you have access to all these dope cars? Keep up the good work tho
I've work with amazing OEMs 🙌🏾
Whats your favorite era of bmw? My dream car is the e46 m3
E9X & E6X are my favorite gens
PDK, sound and suspensions doesnt make it a race car. But yes, its closer than most other cars.
That sound…😮💨
Exactly!
Still MacPherson Strut because Porsche doesn't want it impeding on 911 sales.
I mean it's not a race car though. It's a regular old road car with some stiff suspension for some reason
For "some reason" haha
Yes I can drive that car every day and night...
👌🏾❤️👌🏾
🏎️💨
That spec is also crazy, the non weissach pkg with the body color hood looks so much better!
100% agree. Still race car vibes but much more of a sleeper spec
@@CarswithMiles yeah, it’s less “I’m obviously a race car, I have the carbon fiber to prove it” and more “I’m a race car, I have a hood because I need it, it’s a regular old body panel so it’s the same color as the rest of the body panels”. It has a more casual iykyk sort of look to it.
Your video are so soothing. Keep up the great work my guy!
Those upshifts sound brutal inside the car🤯
The downshifts are insane and so intoxicating 🏎
i wish i had that problem
Hearing this car purr is a work of art
Truly
Yeah I'm so sad about the Porsche ICE situation.
The electric Boxter is going to look like a freaking Taycan, this is so sad. The Boxter/Cayman looks fantastic and they are about to double-crush that with an all electric drive train and an horrible looks😢
I believe Porsche will deliver a fun product regardless of what powers it. But yes, the ICE will be missed 😢
That's Oakland homie! Why won't you give Oaktown its due props? ...with everything negative said about my city.
I spent the pandemic lock down running Lake Chabot and driving my cars quickly around an empty Redwood Road.
I forgive you bro. Keep making videos. 💪🏽
The Porsche Cayman GT4 RS probably could be an ok daily-driver, if you're the only one in it.
I can agree with that 😅
It would be a weekend driver for me. Something to really look forward to as a reward for a hard week’s work
Bruh the sound🤯🤯🤯
It's unreal
@@CarswithMiles I immediately got on autotrader 😂. Great upload, Miles, enjoy Cali🤙🏾
@@BobbyDigital_100Same 🤣
My urge to fix your seatbelt UUGGHHHHH!
I was trying not to have seatbelt rustling over my microphone haha
My guess its going to get real uncomfortable real quick.
Keep watching 👀
I guess I'm rare cuz all of my GT cars were purchased at MSRP, and spec'd by me. Two of my GT cars came straight from Porsche Motorsport (GT4 RS and 992 GT3 RS). They were both one of only nine in North America that came from Porsche Motorsport. When they come from Porsche Motorsport then they are at MSRP. But, luckily, my 992 GT3 and my Spyder RS were also sold to me at MSRP by my dealer. This is due to my VIP connection and also cuz I had a 992 GT3 Cup car for a race team.
Great review
Great video dude, looking forward to more from the channel 🙏
Thank you! More to come
Love this sm
Can't wait to get behind one!
#WrongCarsOnly 😂😂😂
Dang… cargasms 😂
I really like this video. You are one of the best car reviewers out there. Keep it up!
Thank you!
broooo this car is absolutely bonkers 🗣️🗣️🗣️💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
💯
Even though I personally prefer the new GT3 (specifically the touring version); this car is pretty amazing as well. Someone I know has a customer that has a very similar spec GT4 RS with the white and blue wheels. What Porsche is able to put out while still being relatively affordable (retail wise) when competitors with equal performance is amazing. Even if I had the money, I don’t know if I could justify the 400-500 plus for the GT3 RS…but the regular GT3/GT3 Touring is another story. I’m assuming the GT4 RS is similar but I may be wrong.
From what I hear is that the 718 Spyder RS is the perfect middle ground if you don't want the extremities of the GT4RS Suspension. But that'l cost a lot more!
Can't wait for the girlfriend review of the drive, hahahaha
😅
The gt4rs is crazy❤
It is indeed
stop the cap ... storage space is abysmal in that thang!
For a track focused sports car I absolutely cannot agree. It's got great storage for what it is.
@@CarswithMiles that qualifier will quickly die with continual use.
@@iluvcakes19 Seriously if you're going to literally accuse someone of lying you better have some facts. Name another two seat sports car that you can use to carry two cabin/carry-on suit cases? Emira? forget it, not happening. The Emira might come close in total "space" but it's mostly behind the seats and nearly unuseable for anything of any significant size. Better than that name another true sports car (forget "race car for the street" - just any true sports car) that matches this cars street capability that has as much storage? Maybe the 911. But from any other Marque? Forget it.
Forget "4 seat" saloons, such as the BMW M3 too, because they aren't sports cars. BMW at best produce "sporty" street cars, they're not true sports cars, just standard saloons with some "stiff suspension thrown at it". The Cayman (all variants) is built from the ground up sports cars for the street.
If you want carrying capacity, go buy an SUV. You're sure as hell not going to get 20% of the handling or driving capablity of any Cayman, but oh well.
All cars are a compromise. If you want a true sports car, you are going to have to compromise on storage space. Just like if you need storage space, you're going to have to compromise driving dynamics.
Plus for the "it's not a race car" comment: how are you defining race car? The RS has as close to race suspension as you're going to get on a road car, it's adjustable in every way possible, just maybe not to the same degree as a full race set up would be. But that's deliberate so that joe public who don't know the first thing about suspension set up don't dial in a setting that'll kill them. It's monocoque is stiffer (and not by a small amount) than any other road car. To go racing all it needs is a roll cage, but unlike any other road car the roll cage isn't needed for stiffness it's only required because track rules state you must have one for safety reasons. Do a search for "Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS road car vs. GT4 RS Clubsport" video on the Porsche Club of America channel, to see how little difference there is between the two. The GT4 Clubsport is an homologated race car.
@@jamesmay1322 I'm a Porsche owner (I have a 911 TT), it is NOT good for carrying things... You have to jigsaw and then MAAAAAYBE. The Cayman is smaller, I've driven it and did you see what he had in there? If you did, you obviously weren't being very critical because it was next to nothing. Whereas my C6 Corvette can actually carry a few CHECKED bags, not carry on, checked. Same with the C7. IDK about the C8. I know these things from real life experience. I own a few fast cars. The Cayman is a MAJOR compromise even with the qualifier of "track car", which honestly falls apart IRL.
Yes, what he said. He took the words out of my mouth 💯🏎
Yeah buddy this isn’t a racecar
