In this short video from Frontline Safety we’ll take you through the correct steps to manually calibrate your MSA Altair 4xr multi gas detector.
Please refer to your monitor manual and previous calibration certificates to ensure you have the correct target gas mixture.

What gas is used to calibrate? I'm from argentina, I'm volunteer firefighter.

This depends on your sensor configuration. Please check your monitors calibration values. MSA have recommended gases you can view on our website.
