Joe, Loved this video filled with wonderful memories. Everything has a story love that. Your dining room set,china closet is just gorgeous. They don't have that workmanship any longer. I remember the Wedding Candle, and love your wedding china. Loved how you did your Grandmothers chairs. The pitcher from your paternal grandmother. Just love all the history, You display what you love, and who cares what people think. love & hugs

You have some beautiful nostalgic pieces. It’s what makes your home unique. I especially love the Biscotti jar and the green wine jug. Even though you don’t know the heritage of the Biscotti jar it’s still part of your Italian culture. It’s beautiful and I love Biscotti 😋

I absolutely loved your walk down memory lane with all your treasured things. I want to ask about the green plates sitting on the dining room table. Green is one of my absolute favorite colors and they caught my eye but apparently not yours. Are they depression glass, uranium glass or just plates? Just curious is all but I saw them thinking they’d be even more beautiful layered with a smaller plate with some painted detail, like floral print. I am always thinking about what I would do as people share their home tours. Might be why I have to go back and rewind to see what I missed as I’m daydreaming! Thanks for sharing, I do hope there might be a revisit again one day Joe!!!:):):)
Hi! Actually, they are just plates. They were gifts from the bank for opening Christmas Clubs..remember those? Lol..i didnt think anyone would find them interesting

Please do not change your interior traditional style. It has a rich heritage. It is reminiscent of what you see in those. " Old English Manor Houses", whose interior are layered in family history. This is the American version.
