Me gusta la idea, solo que no utilizaría azúcar, ya que la receta incluye kétchup el cual ya contiene azúcar usualmente. Por lo demás, la receta es bastante apetecible.
Is the ketchup in korea not sweet? Isnt that too much sweetness from the ketchup and added sugar? All the recipes of this toast i've seen are like this Edit: i made this and it actually was yum. I was skeptical about the sugar but it was a nice balance of flavours and i even ended up adding more sugar halfway after eating my toast to make it sweeter than what the recipe said. I think I'll make this more often now. Nice balance of protein, fiber, fat & carbs (including the sugar lol )
We have a higher tolerance for sweetness in savory foods but not so much in sourness. I find ketchup more sour than sweet, even when Ottogi (a Korean sauce brand) ketchup is sweeter than Heinz! I don't like most hot sauces from other countries because they're sour as well as spicy, and I don't like their intense acidity in my food.
Lol wait until you find out some people even add plain apple jam/jelly or strawberry jam to their savory sandwiches. The sugar isn't even the wildest filling combo in Korea. Ketchup is just another savory condiment that complements the other ingredients!

They like it that way. Of course, you don't have to add sugar if you don't like it.

Why butter so white?
Bom dia ,que deliciaaaaaaa
I was with you until the ketchup.
Ketchup? Seriously?
Just add Mayonnaise if not ketchup. Or both. You can even add Mustard to make a sauce.
