Esther Lauterbatch you probably can't because they've obviously speeded up the process of the baking so that you don't have to watch a really long video
Made all of them. They all turned out really well. Some of them you couldn't use as much batter per cookie. So much more moist than regular cookies. This was a great idea! My whole family loved them.
I tried making cookies similar to the first one, but I used butter instead of oil, which made them more like regular cookies, and only used one egg. I also added about a 1/4 cup of milk, which improved the texture.
@@osmanyousif7849 Usually when I make cookies, I soften the butter. @@thedealer6786 It wasn't horrible, but I personally think it's nicer to just make regular cookies. These cookies had a very cakey texture, were soft on the bottom, and they didn't last well, they got damp and soggy after only a day or two.
just finished making the strawberry and cream one. me and my husband love them. I forgot it was a strawberry mix and used vanilla. but still really good. very moist and soft.
For the lemon crinkle one, roll it in powdered sugar, shape it into a ball then roll it again. That'll give you more pronounced cracks in the cookie makes it look cooler :3
These came out amazing!!!! I made cookies n cream and smores. I did change the recipe to ensure they did not taste like cake. I used only one egg, I used butter instead of oil and did not melt the butter. Just mixed it in at room temp. No one could tell I used box cake. 🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪
The chocolate chip version taste so much better and exactly like a traditional chocolate chip cookie if you add 1 cup of brown sugar to the mix. It gives a deep rich flavor that the yellow cake mix alone is missing without it.
I've been craving snicker doodle cookies for months and saw this yesterday and made them vegan by using 2/3 applesauce for the eggs these were delicious
I made a few of these and I tell you the cookies are awesome. But I noticed I had to let them brown around the edges in order to keep a cookie structure more than a cake structure. I received a lot of compliments from co-workers. Thanks so much for the video.

I followed the recipe exactly for the chocolate chip but instead of yellow cake, I used chocolate fudge cake mix and they came out perfectly. The cookies rose slightly but still maintained a soft, cookie-like texture like shown in the video.
Does anyone else wonder what they do with all these cookies after they make all of them?? They must hand them out to all the people who work for the company...man I wish I worked there!
Made the chocolate chip ones today. They tasted just like traditional ones. The only problem was the oil, I would recommend using 1/4 cup so they’re not to greasy. Another problem was the fact that they didn’t achieve a good consistency to be eaten with your hands after coming out of the oven (even after cooling to room temperature) I had to put them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes for them to keep there shape. So if you like your cookies warm it’s better to use 1/4 or 1/2 cup of butter (50g or 100g) to make them more consistent when they cool down
I just tried making these this afternoon. I doubled the recipe using one chocolate cake and one vanilla then swirled them together with cream cheese! I recommend baking them for 15 minutes and add a bit of sugar as these cookies were not too sweet. overall I am happy with this recipe and I enjoyed how quick and easy it was to make them. :)
I don't know if this is going to be helpful to anyone! But I made a couple of these today, and found that ½ cup oil was too much. I made the s’mores cookies and the marshmallows completely melted and hardened like glass on the sheet. And like some of you, the strawberries and cream cookies were very sticky and stuck to everything and had to toss. But I also made the cookies and cream and red velvet and they looked and tasted amazing. I definitely recommend trying the recipes that don’t require a lot of ingredients :)
So I just made these and now they are my FAV cookies to make when I’m too lazy to get all the ingredients, I made the lemon ones and they are the PERFECT balance of chewy and cakey for me.
