Fascinating video. I owned a 1962 example (GZD424) for years as a student. My father was a mechanic and he showed me how to replace the kickstart shaft (a weakness in the C100 cured in the C50) and how to rebuild it after a big end/conrod replacement. I always had a spare engine ready to go in as once replaced the big end did not last!! Your video brought me right back to those days. I remember replacing a fork and placing those 2 sets of 21 ball bearings. No RUclips to help in those days My father got a flywheel puller made in his job (Dublin Gas Co) and we bought the castleated spanner to remove the clutch assembly I sold mine still in perfect condition in 1971 and the new owner made bits of it😒

Hello, I have a question. Can I exchange Super Cup with C100? In our country, the export of Euro 5 has passed, but the C100 will not pass, so I am going to do a big project with the super cube from Old Cube (e.g., c100, c102, etc.). I want to hear your thought. Do you know the case of installing the supercub's engine in the oldcub?
