I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where RUclips started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life...

Transformation in isolation.. A WORD! For some reason, in this season, I am currently ALONE. Me and my child in our place alone. No more friends, no family. I felt the need to pray and cry out to God last night for peace and clarity. I understand now. I am in transformation and have been for the past 2 years. I am changing and with changes comes loss of old friends, old habits, old mindsets. THANK YOU FATHER! Thank you LORD! I praise your name! Thank you for loving me and being my comforter.

@@ytjessycakesdiaries1839 That's true too. It can be overwhelming being alone. However I have been working hard at praying and meditating regularly it has helped so much. Then also reflect on how much negative energy you have let go of. That part feels good.

Wow! Sarah is always on time with these sermons. Each one always hits my situation on the nose. I am struggling being the only woman in my department in IT. It’s frustrating sometimes, especially being new and being an intern. I sometimes feel isolated, alone, and treated different from the rest. God is also calling me to be a blogger, and encourage more Christian woman in a group. I don’t know how I’m going to make a difference, but I’m still trusting God to use my isolation for his glory! 🙌

Yes! Amen! Exactly what we need to hear! I personally have always had difficulty making friends--was the "weird girl" in school. My "friends" would ditch me year after year and I had no friends for all 6 yrs of university, which led to my depression. After healing my depression & turning a new leaf as a graduate, I was constantly bullied by my supervisors in my first job. It took a toll on me lately, and I felt like no one could understand my years of pain enough to encourage me in the way I needed to hear. This broke that barrier for me ❤.

Oh wow, I can relate to this - single first time mom, no mother of my own, no village, just doing the best I can and sometimes I feel like it’s not good enough. I’m alone, so overwhelmed and down to nothing. It’s so hard.
