    A Tip After you Covert it in KitMaker, Drop it in Akai expansion builder’ you can put the icon and it shows up under expansions and choke group works!! it’s literally just like NI made a kit for the Mpc I see a lot of videos people just use KitMaker but if you use it with expansion builder takes an extra three minutes you get a complete XPN File with jpeg photo of the expansion pack that you can browse under expansions and standalone mode.

      Is there a video showing the process of enabling the choke groups in the expansion builder after they have been converted?

    I would love if you could release some converted packs❤️
    It would really help new people get into the MPC stand alone eco system.

      That is a great idea! Maybe I’ll try and create a tool kit for new users? I’m a little wary of releasing these packs simply because they are from Native Instruments but I could create some samples!

      @@brentwatters if you're not charging money for the kits, it's not going to be a problem.
      The worst case scenario is they send you an email or the link gets reported and taken down.
      You are in no actual financial/legal danger for your own liability.

    Good insight into Kitmaker. Thanx man. Just got the PresetMaker App from them. Now i have work laid out for the next few days converting the tons of samples i have into keygroup instruments and kits.

      @dubsidebeats3399 hello, the MPC does not support 3rd party plugins like kontakt. It only supports Akai plug ins

    Does this work with kontakt instruments?

    • @brentwatters
      @brentwatters  2 года назад

      I don’t believe so. The maschine expansions are easier to use as they are already on a 16 pad grid layout.

      @@brentwatters use kitconverter it costs 30 bucks and you can convert all or your NI expansions to mpc format and they are automatically layed out in the classic format... i just did it like 20 mins ago.. it even sounds better on the mpc
