Thank you for a great video. I have been lucky enough to work with a few men who are true craftsmen, shaping metal, leading seams. Before everything became disposable, these craftsmen fixed or made everything. It is a pleasure to see one at work. It proves to me that I am still teachable and that there is still much to learn.
Great! You could be a very good teacher - everything's clear and precise. Just what is needed. Thank you, Ron!

Awesome video! I love youtube! It's a wonderful place where we all can learn amazing things from incredible teachers that take time out of their lives to share a piece of their soul with us with great videos like this. Mr. Ron has passed on and we still get to learn from him. Just amazing! Thank you!
I love watching your videos, Sir. Thank you for taking the time to make them, so that a person that can't get up to Michigan, can still learn from you. Hope all is well! Stay safe.
Such a fantastic demo of your abilities and knowledge Ron. Thanks for sharing! You are one of a dying breed in North America...true craftsmen.
Thanks so much Ron for the great video. I've been a fan of yours for decades! I got your first book on metal shaping and it's been my bible. Thirty years later and I'm still learning from it
Very nice to see your capabilities and techniques to make sheet metal parts without complicated and costly machines. Its great to work with you...
You are missed Ron, you were always so generous sharing your extensive skill but most of all your knowledge, thank you!
Wow! speaking of feeding a man for a life time. God speed in your endeavors Mr. Fournier.
@Hello Alden how are you doing
Thank you!
For me as a beginner, this is a very good video! And you are a very good teacher too! I wish you all good!
And your video goes to me as favorites.
Excellent video. short and sweet demo of these tools. A quiet shop w/ no distractions was perfect. Also very refreshing to not have to listen to twanging guitars, not that there is anything wrong w/ guitars, just not while we're trying to hear the work sounds and descriptions
Ten points, Ron. That looks like a great workstation design. You did this video in 2012 - and we're still learning!
Great Video. Thank you Ron, I hope you're still working in the shop or overseeing your kids/grandkids in your shop.
Accidently I've watched your video ... and I'm very impressed! Great job, great work, great man. Thumbs up. 👍(a new subscriber from Germany)
You are a Legend Mr. Fournier.....nothing more to be said...!!!!!
thanks for the great education on such useful machines.
Some people call it art when they see someone putting paint on canvas. THIS is art. I would like to sit in his shop and watch while drinking a cup of coffee. But, I'm doing that here at home.
Ron, I remember purchasing a book you wrote years ago...you were pictured on the cover with Roger Penske...great book and I love your work...
He died 2 years ago
Yup, also got your book ! Has get me through many small projects in my life, thank you Sir=I am from South Africa.
Having recently attended a course, there is nothing like the personal attention given to each student by Ron himself. Any error is quickly analyzed and corrected. This video compliments the course very well.
Thanx for sharing this precious lesson ....
This took me back to the UK aircraft industry 50 years ago, the Buccaneer and Harrier.. Thanks.
I was wondering how these parts are shaped, this is the first video and it explains exactly those shapes i was wondering about... Great when ytube is being used in a possitve way. I learned something today, thanx for that sir !
Brilliant! Thanks for the lessons!
Awesome video! I will be purchasing your English wheel! Thanks for sharing!
very nice, I will have these tools soon enough, Ron obviously is a craftsman and keeping alive skills that unfortunately are disappearing with time. well done.
Awesome work. Thanks for sharing.
Great work; excellent teacher.
Clear demonstration. Nice shop.
Fine! Although I am Russian, it is very well told and shown, everything is clear! Thank you for the video!

@Hello Steve how are you doing
Great Craftsman so glad he made these videos.
That's very cool the bead roller has a electrical motor with a foot pedal to move it others are hand cranked with takes 2 people one to turn it and the other to move the metal.
Clearest demo I've seen to date.
Wow thanks im learning a lot about metal fabrication thanks
Fascinating work. Thank you :-)
Thank you Sir.
super clear, awesome work ;)
Good job explaining.
Very cool video! Thanks!
Super good instructor! I restore old military equipment with lots of metal missing or rusted away. The hoods and fenders are 3 or 4 times as thick as a regular civilian car fender. Will these tools work on my projects also?
Great video - thank you for sharing!!!
I Coin I was Born early in the night ! Butt it was no't last NIGHT! Thank You'RON!
Thanks Ron!
Great explanations - thank you very much.
one of the greats i wish i could have met.
SIR I THANK YOU VERY MUCH I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MACHINE WORK I SEEN IT IN HARBOR FREIGHT BUT I SAID THAT HAS TO BE DIFFICULT TO USE BUT YOU ARE AMASTER
If you have a welder you could make a metal working machine to roll the metal. I have seen home made one's that people took two metal wheels the bottom whee they welded to a jack the tip wheel stayed in one place. It worked well for being hone made. The shrinking machine you can weld a ball to an air hammer with diffrent tips to put on the air hammer.
Nice !!!! from Argentina..
Thank you very much! learned a lot!!
Thank you Ron. Very well done. You should be a teacher if your not already. You have a gift my friend.
Nice Vid Ron thanks.

Make it look so dang easy!
Great Job. Congratulation from Brazil
Very great loss of someone with immense talent.
you know your stuff m8
Thanks!!!
واه ډيرښه زبردست
Well presented video. Although I don't like your power shrinker so much, I'd rather have a pneumatic planishing hammer with shrinking dies.
Great video Ron. How much is one of those Eckold 170's?
Ron, Have you tried/used the newer Mittler Bros. beaders, with the deeper 'throat', and, the correspondingly larger wheel diameter sets? I REALLY Enjoy all of you Excellent tutorial videos, and demonstrations!!! Your metalworking skills are Legend! Thanks for sharing your knowledge, and for being so inspiring!!! I really like your website fournierenterprises. com
Very interesting tutorial
Good morning, friend, where do I find a machine like this to buy? I'n from Brazil. congratulations on the vídeo.
Hey man, will this also work for stretching out short male body parts? A friend wanted me to ask for him
Would you say the wheel is more for smoothing than stretching and it is not for stretching?
Thank You.
Thank you I really enjoyed your demos. You make it look easy but I bet it takes years of experience to get the right angle and pressure. Do you ever wear gloves or is there so much scar tissue that you don't even notice? :)
lo felicito eres un Genio
O povo mais inteligente do mundo!
ON YOUR BEADER MACHINE IS THE MACHINE ACTUALLY GOING FASTER THAN THE VIDEO CAN SHOW,BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE ITS SPINNING ON THE METAL,BUT LOOKS LIKE ITS BARELY TURNING
Thanks
Is there a standard thickness to automotive sheet metal or does every project vary?
19 gauge cold rolled steel for car body panels... 18 gauge for motorcycle tanks...
Damn bro, you good.
What is the name of this machine?
Thanks dear
how is that machine able to shrink a part???
HOW MUCH IS THAT MACHINE
Could you make a fender for a car with this machine?
I am pretty sure this guy could
RIP Ron
