I need to let you know that the main reason that I started watching your videos and have subscribed is because you provided the macros on screen. There are more people who are trying to lose weight than those who are struggling with eating disorders. I'm sorry but our fight is just as real, but thank you for at least putting the macros below. I use the recipes that are helpful to me and I print them out and place them all in a meals binder.
I totally understand friend because I fell off and it seems like such a struggle to get back on track. But we're worth it. So I'm just going to puch through!!!!
I’m not a fan of gnocchi but I do enjoy lettuce wraps, so I’m going to try the lettuce wrap recipe but with shrimp since I’m pescatarian 😊 thank you for the meal inspo girlie!
I'm not pescatarian, but I love trying new things. But I agree, gnocchi is not my thing. I had it at olive garden and tried to make a cauliflower one at home and it was not it.
I'm definitely gonna try the lettuce wraps. I'm not a fan of overnight oats but I do hot old fashion oatmeal almost every morning with apples & cinnamon, double the liquid, scoop protein powder and 1 Tbs. chia seeds, cook longer. Its called growing oatmeal😋 I love the shrimp recipe also. Enjoy your spring break❤
For hard limes, or any citrus fruit... put them on the counter, press firmly with your palm and roll it across the counter as u press down, This will help release the juices and softens it up! Great videos! #newbestie

Do you have a sprouts farmers market? They have a vegan pesto and it’s so light and amazing. The only pesto I eat because I totally agree with you on the taste. 10/10 recommend.
