Not always, sometimes it really is just dc in my experience. Happened even on pass fights and my friends aren't the type to RQ. That match however? Definitely RQ. The game before that I fought him and he had a ⚠️ symbol, meaning they frequently DC.

RQ (Rage Quitters) force close the game to make it seem like it's a DC (disconnect). The game notices the disconnect and counts it as a "draw".
