Destiny got banned for ''hatefull content'', probly related to twitch's policy around off-platform comments on twitter. He called a trans person sub-human, but if you kinda twist it, some thought he meant trans people in general are sub-humans. Also the gun clip is from like 9 years ago, so thats unrelated(he thought someone was in his house, and grabbed his gun, and loaded it). Its also unrelated to the beef he had at the time with Keffals (also a political streamer), like some people believe that cause Keffals at that time said that she got him banned.
Destiny is one of the first livestreamers that whent fulltime, allot of people from Twitch know him because of that, and they probly see him as a problematic figure, as his ban appeals he fills in every 6 months (perma/indefinite appeals can be overturned every 6 months if you appeal) get rejected immediatly.
One fun fact about this all, is that in a recent policy change of twitch, they made a specific change to reacting to banned streamers. You used not to be able to react to them, but now you can if you provide enough commentary, while reacting. Allot of people think that this change is specifically made for Destiny and joke that it is the ''destiny rule''.

Well she went that way because she got dumped by her boyfriend and lost access to the lifestyle she was used to, also she got harassed by xqc's fanbase (some of it was fair enough, but also lots of "you're fat lol" ridiculousness) and then her own fans turned on her because she went way too far and started blackmailing xqc for money, showing up at his house to harass him while he was streaming and leaking all of his private dms
