Bonjour Brad, I live in France on a large property my wife and I bought almost 3 years ago. We have been researching the history and it dates back to Roman Days. Our property was a Watch Station for the Romans, because of the vantage point. Our houses go back 300-600 years. I have started to detect, no real treasures but old Hand Forge farm equipment. I must say your videos are inspiring with nature photography and your humble detection.
Wow!!! Mason Merc on GMMD! What a memorable day! Thanks so much Brad! You put the biggest smile on Mason's face today! Dream come true for him. Thanks for being such a positive roll model.❤🙂
Great hunt for you all. Like the dimes and nickels. I was on my own "accidental" hunt yesterday. Taking my son to his group's fishing camp up in Montana on the Yellowstone, something he and his best friends have been doing for 20 years, and we got ""lost on the backroads" by taking a wrong turn at Lame Deer. One of those" I shoulda turned left at Albuquerque" moments. Let me tell you, there are some real treasures on those back roads. Beautiful scenery every where. Went from lots of tree covered hills to flat prairie. Found some big buttes that look like mountains from far away but are actually stone "castles" exposed by time when you get closer, a super cool abandoned old corral/barn setup in the corner of a pasture, lots of little ""mound" hills some of which look like pyramids and a few actually had sharp points at the top all grass covered. And my son actually talked TO me. Told me things I already knew about what was going on with him growing up and now as an adult but I didn't tell him that. What was supposed to be a 3 hour trip up took us from 5am until 330pm. Then I had to turn around and come back which took another 3.5 hours. The dog and I are barely functioning today. The day started out in a way I haven't seen for a long, long time though. The full moon was just setting and it was right on the skyline of the Big Horn Mountains. So beautiful. I haven't seen that since I was 17. I'm reaching for my 74th. I'm glad we got "lost". We had a great time together.
Thanks, Brad! I like the twangy guitar in the beginning. BONE events are great fun. I got a mint walking liberty Dollar and met a gentleman who showed us an ancient gold Spanish coin he found in Florida, at one. It's like Forrest Gump's box o' chocolate ; you never know what you're gonna' get! See you next time!
@@PatrickParker-fc6hy quarter hoarder is def up there with brad, quarter hoarder is who I first started watching. QH GMMD & Hoover boys are my top 3 forsure
That young man who found the Real must be over the moon! The silver cuff links were beautiful. Bittersweet knowing they were worn by someone who probably treasured them back then. Great adventure Brad!
Looks like you had so much fun Brad! 😁 Love watching your videos! Your adorable and I try not to miss any of them! Glad you did find some silver! That Walking Liberty half dollar was worth the 4 days of your walking around looking and hunting! See ya next Friday Brad! ❤
When I was a teenager, my cousins lived on White Mt. I'm from New Jersey and we didn't get snow until January. I went to visit for Thanksgiving and we skated on a small beaver pond and played in the snow. Such a great memory.
Good Morning Brad, I still love your opening music on today's video. It really does have a lift-the-atmosphere quality to it. Thank you for writing it : )
Brad it’s really cool that u n comrades r doin some stuff together especially getting youngsters involved. Amazing finds n looks like a great weekend trip. Good stuff bro
That was very well done and demonstrates the teamwork and comraderie when you've got a bunch of good people hunting together- nice post with many excellent finds!
One day I'll find a relic like this here in Brazil, I've already found several other models, but this one is too top-notch, a place like this doesn't make you want to leave. Like.
What an event you went to. All the Relics Silver and Coppers that were found amazing. So cool you took time out for Mason and Jim. Mason looked very stoked to show you his 2 Reale. The Silver Cufflinks are Beautiful. The the Horse Rosette really cool. Congrats on all your finds. Take Care Brad
How fun! That would have been interesting to know what had been occurring on the land for so much money to have been found there.. Thanks for sharing your fun 4 day outing Brad..
I am from Northern NY(you have been here) and I like the channel. The history here is not unlike that of where you are, but the settlers came down the St. Lawrence into Lake Champlain instead of migrating from Boston and the port of Albany(dutch). Love the content and I especially like the landscape you capture with your camera. You seem to find the elusive lady slipper on many occasions. Have a great day. Thanks.
Morning Brad, another great video. There were allot of eggs produced in and around me. Those blinder’s are everywhere. The tokens are a favorite of mine. I still find saloon tokens which were very popular. Thanks for taking us along… John
Well I see you had another great hunt and I bet it's a hole lot cooler up there where you are, its hotter than heck down here in Texas. Keep up the good work my wife and I really enjoy watching you every Friday. Also just to let you know I watch you on our big TV but I can't respond on it so I have to go to my phone and respond on it . That's why you just see a like on the phone, I don't watch it on my phone because it's to small I like to be able to see what you are digging on the big screen.
You and your friends should attend the yearly metal detecting event the at nugget noggin has every year. That all good detectorists could meet once a year and discuss metal detectoring things and come to know each other!!!

Morning coffee and GMMD on Friday morning and a delicious breakfast to watch Brad finding lost treasure from the past. See you next week.
“Enjoy the hunt, but find your way back to me”, obviously planted there by a spirit from the mountains of Vermont for you to find!

The Vermont is an easy-going vibe!
