I think people overlook the respect behind him even asking if he can cuss before he responds. That's not something a lot of people do. I really love how he can match his environment without changing who he is as a person at all. He's come a long way and all the work he has done is inspirational even to someone like me (at my big ass age lol). Shoutout to this interviewer too tho. He actually had a conversation with him which is rare in interviews lately. Seems like ppl just want answers and to move on and don't really gaf about genuinely connecting with who they're interviewing

What do you mean funny.?? The hard work it takes to excel in school is something many young black youth ignore. The maths.. sciences and technical education he received... required a sacrifice when no one knew who he was and no one was looking... funny.?? Look if half of those we pass on corners had a C average... they wouldn't be on corners... because the basic math *(risks and returns).. doesn't add up. Of course I'm an old black woman almost 70 years... but I actually think he's trying to let some of these folks in.. on how to be serious about school and achieving and not just to... laugh it off. Not really, he’s not known for selling a lot of records. For him it’s about improvement, this project sold more than his last project. These features are better than the last project. It’s going to be hard getting that RUclipsr label off him, so the improvements no matter how small are wins, just need to keep getting better each project.
