When a model or an actress are not working, they are told not to wear makeups, wear frumpy clothes like they hanging out in their home in sweatshirt or t-shirt and sweatpants and flats. And usually wear a baseball cap because this is to hide their real looks but any photographers or even fans would spot them and take those pictures without those celebrities' permission. I am told that as well. Hope that clears up why they are like that.
