I totally agree with Gladys that it's really hard to choose between sunrise and sunset, but maybe I'm even more fascinated by sunset. I even get to be moved at times! But the sunrise is also absolutely thrilling and gorgeous. And, as Kenny says, it gives you the right energy to face a day at its best! Thank you for these beautiful moments that you share with us! You guys have probably seen experienced the more of St Vincent and the Grenadines than most of us ever would in our lifetime as Vincentians, thanks again for showing the beauty and tranquility of our little haven.
I can see why Bequia is kne of yoir favorite Grenadine islands. I would wany to go jogging every morning. What a beautiful and senice run!! The beach is stunning ❤❤❤

Hello Gladys and Kenny!!! Checking in. We have been watching all of your vlogs, but life has really been happening and I haven't had a chance to comment, but I do pit a like on them. We recently lost one of our beautiful poodles, unfortunately while we were away in FL for a wedding. He became ill and after exhausting ever effort to save him, he couldn't hang on for us to return. Just seeing beautiful St Vincent has been like a source of comfort and meditation. Keep them coming. Continued prayers and safe travels.
