7 years later. Caro, Lyon and Hutchy look like they’ve aged 20 years meanwhile Lloyd looks exactly the same.

Love love love watching Adam's dance. Magnificent. As exciting as the NZ haka. We should be proud of our indigenous dances. I'd like to see it danced before perhaps a special footy game maybe once per year. Behaviour towards Adam was disgraceful.

Australia is an extremely tolerant society. A small percentage of Australians probably harbour mildly racists views, which is a pity, but nonetheless a work in progress. Throughout the whole Goodes affair I was astounded with how easily people forgot this fact. Instead it became apparent that hiding within 1 in 5 cream brick 3 bedroom home were racist white Australians.

I agree with Garry and have done for the journey, it was over the top, hindsight tells us that Goodes could have celebrated with many forms of dance to show his culture, but He chose to provoke. That doesn't unite, it divides people, and a Highly regarded Australian as He is should have thought it through, and if he had thought about it, he may have understood how damaging it could be. I don't think it was the appropriate thing to do towards the crowd.
What if the crowd got out a bbq and ozzi flag and pushed that to goodes?? Then your creating division like goodes did! Aren't we trying to unite as goodes incited devision! Maybe he should have lifted up his jumper and had an ozzi flag and aboriginal flag united on his chest! Just my opinion!

Goodes was an unlikable player because of how he played the game and how he carried himself. His actions and his actions alone turned the Australian public off him. Definitely had zero to do with skin colour .
