      @@MB22761 Well i actually do all of her workouts, follow a new one each day. This video i felt is more suitable for me because it's intermediate level, full body workout. And i do pilates almost 7 days a week, because i really enjoy it. Also if you're new to pilates, I'd suggest you follow her beginner's pilates workouts, those are great as well and you'll really enjoy them. Hope my advice helped you 😊

      Try an easier modification with your amrs helping you. Probably your core is not strong enough, that's why you have a neck pain.

      Hi! I little warmup, yes. Cooling down - no. But you can always modify workouts to make them suitable for you. Like give yourself a longer warmup🙏

      No. Some of these moves are just yoga moves not Pilates at all. Pilates was developed to physically rehab injured dancers.

    Why are you calling it pilates? Cat cow is a YOGA-pose

      Hi! This workout is pilates based but we do use stretching exercises in between like cat-caw to warm our muscles.

      In my opinion pilates are mostly similar to yoga
