Yes you can. If your bad at balancing on a board then it will take some practice of course. I'm wanting one so I can learn how to carve snake runs and bowls better. Love the feeling of concrete surfing.
That pennyboard is 2011 model, didn't have the "P" y the tail and it had abec 3 bearings. 2012-2013 models have penny abec 7 bearings and the "P" in the tail and another trucks model.
It will be harder to learn on than wooden board would be. Plastic Boards tend to be a little flexy and smaller boards are more unstable. But learning to be comfortable on a skateboard is just a matter of standing on it and riding it more. There are smaller penny sized wooden boards and other brands of plastic boards too (banana boards for instance).Look around and see what you like. Nickels are larger so just get a proper cruiser board for the size and price.I wanted a penny but got a zip zinger
When doing a Google image search, use advance settings and filter to only search 'png' format images. Using a png image preserves the elimination of its background, so that you can use it in cases like these. Hope that helped =)
It's okay to just have fun, too:) It's a great board for dingin' around, and of course it has it's weaknesses. Sure a Loaded will devour hills, but it just won't perform as playfully as these lil guys!
well, he propably used a photo editor and cut the outlines of the penny logo from another photo and then put it on top of the video in a video editing program like sony vegas.
it doesn't bend alot , it bends a little adjusting to your weight, its not like it bends so far down that it feels like it going to snap , it just bends down a little and you don't even feel it when your riding it
@ThatBlankFace no sorry all i can suggest is adjust the white balance, exposure, and when i color correct in post i change the contrast and brightness quite a bit. It all depends on the sun at the time filming so no settings are guaranteed to result in balanced colors.
i decided to go with the penny because i am comfortable on a skateboard and i can strap it onto my backpack for school which is the main reason i am buying it
go with the penny or stereo. the are pretty much the same thing. some people will give you crap for getting the stereo and some will give you crap for penny. i love my stereo and i don't care if people give me crap, its just about having a good time.

My friend has a penny and I have a stereo vinyl wich is close to the same thing but i weigh 165 pounds and they flex quite a bit but its not realy noticable. Its not like the goldcoast whizz plastic cruisers that feel like the deck is going to scrape the ground

they bend heaps to stand on but it also is good cause how it makes it turn better
Bit hard to get used to at first but after a lil while when you get used to it they are great to chill a ride on in the summer /hotday

I weigh 66 kilos and the deck doesnt bend a lot at all. The deck is really short, so the distance between truck is small enough to keep the deck solid
