Man that interior color looks great. I kind of rushed and purchased one that was already built with black interior. Still nice but this combo hits differently!
I just picked up the X3M Competition on Frozen Marina Bay Blue. Loving it so far. Just have the break in on the motor so I can push it hard yet.

First of all, thank you for your service! Loving your videos and I have learned so much. One thing I am curious about is if you know if the tail lights can be coded to sweep instead of just blink. I’ve seen this on other models but not the X3 and am curious if it’s possible.

Thanks for your support it is greatly appreciated! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I’m not sure about the taillights I know the Euro models have amber and can be coded to be sequential but they have a different module than the US. If it’s possible it would require some extensive coding beyond bimmer code

Hey Ramone, good to see your video again. We're waiting to pick ours up in a week. Same spec as yours except we opted for the Dynamic Handling Package. A few observations from your video. It looks like your trunk space is compromised due to the spare tyre which raises the floor. Also I believe the tires are a staggered setup. 245s in the front and 275s in the rear. And looks like you scored the tire lottery with the Michelins. The newer ones are fitted with Bridgestone Alenzas, which I've been reading isn't the best out there. Lastly, what kind of mpgs are you averaging? BMW motors are known for fantastic efficiency. Even the M40i's are returning low to mid 30s on the highway.
Congrats! 🎉🎊🍾 Enjoy the new ride it’s such a great vehicle! Yes tires are staggered 245/275, dynamic handling is the best option it gives adaptive suspension, bigger brakes. Yes trunk space is a bit less due to full size spare! Michelin’s are really good tires I’m getting PS4 S after winter. Mpg is roughly 23-27 city driving and as high as 35-40 high way cruise
@@RAMONEAuto Thanks Ramone! We're excited. That's pretty astounding mpgs you're getting there. It's more efficient than many mid-size sedans. Our 2020 Mazda6 averages about 33 on the highway. I'm pleased with our decision to go with the 30i. Yes the m40i is amazing with its B58 engine and we didn't feel an additional $15,000 was warranted for what would essentially be our family dailly hauler. Congrats on your growing family too and wish you many more safe miles!
Are parts of the center console piano black? How's that holding up?
A bit scratched up from daily use! I polished it several times so it’s looking much better now
How would this compare to the Volvo xc60 recharge T8? Or genesis gv70 3.5 ?
Is there any oil leak from oil filter housing gasket and engine valve cover? That’s the major concern if you want to keep the Bimmer for long time!
I haven’t seen any oil leak so far. If it’s leaking that would be really concerning

Personally I feel like the X3 has a better backseat than the X5. I’ve found that the knee room is about the same, however the X3 seats recline and the X5 (without the 3rd row) don’t recline.
