A show going on ten years and you will not find a single moment where a member made a guest feel bad or ask difficult questions unless its for comedic effect and even that's rare.

Most of his shows were long running shows like Infinite Challenge, Come to Play, Running Man, Happy Together, even Family Outing would probably still, but some members changed, some wanted to leave and exactly then his first child was born.
Its because there are older people around her, she can finally behave like a young girl and have fun. Usually with her members, she looks out for them specially joy, seulgibear and yeri. They are sometimes out of control but in a good and funny way.
Se Chan seems pretty genuine and just treats everyone else like a normal human. Irene's ire seems to be directed more at the people with big egos, whether it's overbearing elders (who tend to feel superior due to age culture) or phony handsome actors/singers.
