The head of their label took us to one of their shows in Toronto a couple of months ago, and we can assure you, they sound exactly like this live, slick harmonies included.

this makes me sick at heart. this is one of the best country songs i ever heard. the album was one of the best and most completely unique i ever heard (in any genre). the band was stunningly good, live. in a time-honoured canadian tradition, the country audience ignored them as they do most of their greatest artists (just ask Lisa Brokop, the Higgins, Carolyn Dawn Johnson, the Blue Shadows, etc.). god's love to the ladies, wherever they are - this album is a lovely gift to those of us who appreciate truly great pop music.

Actually I surfed to their channel and enjoyed listening to them without the souped up production. Have to give them credit for not succumbing to the overuse of pitch correction software like Antares etc. one must endure when listening to country radio these days. So when are they coming to western ca?

Love those old mics. Electrovoice and early Shure. Crap mics. A sure sign this was not a live performance! Such is showbiz and such is technology. I wonder what they are really like. Get em to play at the duncangarageshowroom.ca live and we can hear for ourselves if they are all faked up or not.

I thought so too! It took me a while to figure out how I knew her voice, and then I realized it sounded like Pink with a country twist.
Just saw them in Lethbridge, Alberta two days ago. What a great show! If you ever have the chance to see this group live - go! You won't be disappointed.

The harmony in this song is pretty good. Best is the raspy voice of the lead singer.
