This is Kenneth okonkwo and the other man by name Prof. Udenta's interview, I can never fail to watch it to the end, this two men's intellectual prowess shows through their oratory. And also Deji and Effiong I love these men. I don't know when we will have a good government in Nigeria that will put these materials to work. God help us.
Contradiction! You guys don't want "political God fathers," yet you want someone to win elections and then put these so-called gurus in place? What about them contesting elections by themselves since they are so great without needing anyone help? This is nothing but a show... Or, let's wait for PO. He will make use of them! GBN.
Ken Abeg u are such a pro in Nigeria politics and beyond, you are such a very good political assets, in Nigeria the government don’t put the right people in office but rather they put dullards so they can be able use them 😢😢
Barrister Kenneth Okonkwo, may you leave long , you are a blessing to Black Race and a great asset to Nigeria. You once graced our movie industry, you displayed excellently, now it's politics you are analyzing it correctly and you are consistent.
Abbeg anytime you're bringing bar Kenneth in your studios pls let him have a separate interview for him only him this mr Kenneth will keep you updated and articulates
Kenneth Okonkwo made a very important statement. The job of a Minister is essentially regulatory. You are looking at enhancing the system using Policy to drive growth in that sector of the economy. There is absolutely no sense in having 48 ministers. Nigeria needs to trim, the ministries to no more than 36 +2 (and remember Abuja is not a state. It does not need a Ministry just for it alone.) Wike has no work to do that is why he is always out and about constituting a nuisance. Make the ministry of the FCT a Ministry of the regional hub development and the FCT. One state out of the 6 Geo political zones should be adopted as regional capital (the regions can have their deliberations and select one state of their choice) with the aim of creating HUB and SPOKE systems to Centralize resources in all regions. e.g South West- Lagos South East- Abia South South- Rivers North West- Kano North Central-- Plateau North East- Gombe Abuja- Hub and spoke systems for? -Passport processing, INEC card , Value chain processing, Health, Inter regional transportation, Mail(NIPOST) regional processing facilities, etc Failure to do it this way will continue to encourage people to move from their region where these key infrastructure is missing to another region where it is available....fuelling this intra displacement issues we are seeing. One of the problems with Nigeria is that we are trying to develop 36 + 1 states at Once. No. Lets take it in bits first. For example with health. Lets build one major National Hospital with facilities for all aspects of health One in each regional capital (the Hub) first...then the states around can copy the model and apply it to their states as spokes. Regions could even go into agreement with each other on certain things. I am creating a document showing how the 48 Ministries can be trimmed to 38 TOPs ...By consolidating some ministries(making others departments under some) and re-naming other ministries.
Am still extremely happy with glad Keneth O is still in Labour Party. Nigeria believes in Labour Party membership. Our brother will definitely support Peter Obi…❤❤❤
I disagree with Kenneth that this government is not capable of uniting Nigerians that is a lie, for the first time in the history of governance that all tribes in Nigeria are united with one voice today, and the whole tribes one voice is (we are hungry) we are hungry) the fuel pump is too high) thanks to this government that finally makes all the tribes to speak with one voice,
That minister of power should be fired immediately the man doesn't know what he is doing. Even if this government is given 50yrs they can't do anything mean from the way they are going
I want to sincerely and humbly appeal to Barr. Kenneth Okonkwo and colleagues to stop applying section this and that, which so called lawers do not observe non obey, even from the hierarchical level. My question, to my brother is , did Mr president got to the seat of presidency lawfully or by the nation's constitutional right. And if your answer is no why should anyone be expecting mr president to follow due process that you and I know that even the supreme court of Nigeria does not accept non practice. The earlier everyone understands that Nigeria is lawless and a dead county the better for one to move on.
What did Nigeria and Africa do wrong to deserve the kind of humans we have? This is beyond politics! We are mentally poor and politocally lazy! I see no hope for Africa, talk less of Nigeria!
Mad people everywhere in the Zoo banana Republic of Nigeria 🇳🇬, BIAFRA must be free from evil 😈 forest called Nigeria 😈, this December 2nd no going back ✊🏾
I'm sorry nobody saw how the presenter was cutting Kenneth off often times just to make sure Kenneth doesn't turn him into a listener. Next time please Terry please don't host Kenneth your are a hypocrite
This presenter I mean Terry Ekumi doesn't want Kenneth to outshine him. Channels tv please next time if Kenneth is the guest let not Terry anchor the program
America is practicing state autonomy so they don’t need so many ministers. Kenneth Okonkwo example of USA is wrong. If we decentralize power to states or regions we won’t have large ministries.
Kenneth Okonkwo, after referencing America for its size and number of secretaries(ministers), said that 37 ministers is enough for Nigeria in line with the constitution. He has clearly said that 48 ministers was too much for Nigeria being a poor country. Even if power was decentralized to states, as long as the constitution has the provision for at least 1 minster per state, we would still have 37. When we had regional system of government, there were 19 ministers in 1966, meanwhile the US with far bigger population had 12 or 13 at that time.
That's why the country has Court system. These people should challenge the appointments in the court to see if it could stand the Constitution. Stop complaining.
Nigerians no get investigative journalism, just a few investigative journalists. You know how it is, when you uncover sometin they will labour you EoP, working against the govt or even try you for treason. We are not yet ready.
I'm surprised at the parochial argument that Kenneth okwonkwo brought forward this morning. A government that the south east vehemently opposed to it's election should give thesame considerations when it comes to appointment. Who does that? Either substantive or minister of state, every state in Nigeria is well represented in this government. Moreso, it's the quality of the persons that are appointed that should be paramount. You want to tell me that appointing uju Kennedy as a substantive minister was a good idea just because she's from the east. Pls, let's be open minded whenever we are arguing about the development of this country. Let's insist on capacity, competence and capability when talking about the appointment of public servants. Rescuing Nigeria must be our collective vision.
Opposed or not, the constitution makes it mandatory to give a substantive minister to each state. The president can give other appointments to his political loyalists.
It seems that you do not appreciate the point KO is making. Like Niger delta that gives Nigeria oil, then you marginalized them with less appointment because they did vote for you.
While acknowledging Kenneth Okonkwo's apt assertions and oratory abilities, it's however puzzling why he keeps distancing himself from the enigma of our time, @PeterObi. Denouncing Obi in every turn & all opportunities he gets leaves so much to be desired & his reason of taking such decision, which appears more clandestine than it appears.

Oratory is not a measure of capability. We've had many orators in the past who couldn't perform when they were given the opportunity
One may not agree with Mr Kenneth Okonkwo on certain issues but listening to his analysis makes my day.
Very articulated
Kenneth okonkwo is always there for the truth and ever ready for any questions... I love him❤

Mr Bakos doesn’t make any valid argument. Quite typical of Nigeria honourables.
❤
Mr. Kenneth Okonkwo what you just described(replacing 5 ministers with 7) is the definition being tone deaf
Plateau was without a minister before
What did Nigeria and Africa do wrong to deserve the kind of humans we have? This is beyond politics! We are mentally poor and politocally lazy! I see no hope for Africa, talk less of Nigeria!
Nigeria matter don tire me. Everyone is talking, no one is Listening. Those in charge are not listening. . .
So sad that we have a nation, that it matters where a minister comes from. Nigeria needs to be recolonized. We have not learned anything.

Many of these APC supporters are ostriches.
They pretend a lot.
They are the same people who supported Buhari .
