How are these movements applied?

They are not done for application in a poomsae (form). They are strctly used to judge the person's competency at these movements for their 9th Dan test.

I really dont want to quit TKD but the gym i currently attend has a horrible teacher. He is always telling me im doing thing wrong and i know im not. A couple weeks ago he had me do Taeguk sam jang and he was telling me there isnt a arae makgi on moves 17 and 18 before the reverse punch. I told him he was wrong and he got super upset. I dont understand how a 4th dan could be wrong and then double down to twll me im wrong. I even showed him the offical video and he still told me i was wrong like i dont know what to do but i have no where else to train at and i cant get my black belt alone what should i do?

모두 배웠던 품새 구분동작 중 하나 이게 무슨 의미가 있는건지 이해 할 수 없어요 ㅎㅎ

This is called "Ko-Dan".

품새가 기본을 바탕으로 이루어져 있을진데, 새로운 기술과 기법도 아닌 이미 제정품새에 포함되어 있는 것을 짜집기한 이것은 무슨근거,
무슨이유,
누구생각으로 만들어진 것일까요?
현행 승품.단 심사에도 기본동작+품새2+겨루기/격파로 이루어져 있는데
겨루기 기술평가가 추가 적용되는 것이 객관도 신뢰도 타탕도 높고 태권인에게 좋은 평가방법이라 생각되네요..
