You have two cup holders unless your other one is broken, it's above the radio to the right you just push it in and it will open, spring loaded and kind of hidden.
Hi Seeley, I have had a 92 for a long time and can relate to a few things you mentioned. The water coming in is something I never liked. I find the interior storage ok. I have always liked the center console design. I highly doubt your will eperience issues with the door handle. Its not something that typically fails. The doors are heavy and these cars are well sealed for aound etc. and that is part of the reason they are hard to close. One thing I don't like is the sun tends to reflect of the dash onto the windshield right where I look out to drive. I find this annoying. Exept for some of the maintenance issues there isn't too much I do not like. I wish I came with seats whereby you could adjust the sides to fit your body like the 85 supra I once owned. All and all if your handy they are pretty damn good cars.
It’s not super cramped and once the front seats are moved up a little it’s not too bad, if your a taller person it’s probably not too comfortable, I’m 5’8 and it’s not bad for me

I actually sold the car a little back, I’ve kinda been wanting to get another one but not sure right now
the door may be heavy but when you check the hinge you will see that the design that went into it was completely thought out
Sc door handles are metal , unlike most cars , I felt the same till I found out they are metal lil
True I don’t really worry about it that much plus I don’t yank on it to open
