The leasing company ask for too much. I found one, they ask me $500 weekly + 20 cent/ mile mind you, you still have to pay insurance on that said truck might be around $900 to 2500 who knows
I will be happy if you can answer my question please, how much money you think you will need to start with leasing, with the insurence expenses too. Thank you man. I want to be sure I save to start in yhe right way.
I would try to start with atleast $20,000…It’s likely you won’t need all of it & can start seeing some profit early on but there are no guarantees. Things happen & situations arise where even with leasing you may need extra capital. The least I’d come in with now would be $15,000, that should atleast keep you going during any downturn or unforeseen situation.
@midwestboxtrucking not bad. I've noticed a lot more blue Amazon box trucks in my area, running off natural gas, I think Amazon is slowly trying to get rid of Independent contractors
You can always get a heater to warm up your engine block...
I have a block heater, unfortunately I couldn’t get the truck home in time. Definitely a lesson learned!
Preciate that info that was definitely needed.
No problem, appreciate the feedback!

That’s slightly more than I pay for a rental, yea it wouldn’t be worth it. Which company was this?

@@zimbabueycazeau2874 Got you, I know a few people who went through ideal lease but I’m not sure what they paid.

@@Brian.Heavner Please don’t say that out loud, it’s some angry box truckers that’ll come for you! It’s definitely something sneaky going on.
@midwestboxtrucking 2020 2021 was the prime for Relay man
It definitely was, only if we knew then what we know now. Nothing lasts forever.
