I love the friendships in this. Standing and supporting each other even when they say or do things that might hurt others they are supportive. Not in a toxic way either, they don't treat men like they are the stupidest beings but everyone in this show builds each other up. One of my favorite anime and i think people could learn a lot about what true relationships are whether friends or romantic. That's at least my view.
