the hell? i remember the first aero fighters being quite serious looking, this one is definitely going for some crazy stuff.. guess they were tired of being serious and just went nuts with this one
Aero Fighters 3 is one of my first Neo Geo games. I love the Ninja, Dophin Spanky and Robot Keaton. Boss fights were exciting. Dirty City (1st Stage) soundtrack is so lovely and memorable! Pure Nostalgia. ❤️
i remember playing it as a small kid at a restaurant with the arcade game and i used to love it, eventually they got rid of it though. Since then ive always wondered what it was like, and finally today i discovered it again
These bosses traumatized 5 year old me, But at the time i had so much fun playing this game Its kickass soundtrack was so epic And i deeply remember beating the final boss with 1 last quarter, Such beatiful memorys

Cool,Sonic Wings 3,This is my favorite shoot em up,even if i suck at it,but i love the soundtrack, especially deep glove,Oddissey,With Deep Emotion,Scorchers,Lackluster,Sonic Jungle Part 2,Deja Vu,Dirty City,Show what you got,even the select character menu music is great, i like the characters too i don't remenber the names but i like that you can play different stages depending on who you choose,also it looks and it plays amazing,Thank You,Dude!

Sonic wings was the baddest and great SHMUP stuff of all time The 3rd one they had to focus on ww2 against pre modern war era planes. The M6A Seiran and the A6M Zero are very powerful in the game. EDIT: if you're playing coop, you can make a special attack by making 2 planes closing each other to create a powerful weapon.
My favorite neogeo game. Lucky to own it on MVS with a one slot board.. i also have psikyo’s sengoku blade PCB too. Psikyo and video system games are really similar

The devs left V.System since the company wanted to make games exclusively for the Neo Geo, which simply couldn't do fully vertical shmups. So Psikyo was formed and they made Sengoku Ace, Gunbird and Strikers 1945.
The music you're hearing in the game is jungle drum and bass, it was very popular electronic music that originated in United Kingdom back in 90s composed by very talented artists like Peshay, Seba, Source Direct, and Paradox. And drum and bass was often used in video games like Ape Escape, Street Fighter 3, and Breath of Fire IV.
