This is so helpful for smaller churches who are doing this by trial and error. You are a blessing Ryland. Your worship band is AWESOME!

I somehow just found your video over Falls Creek from this past year. I have gone to falls creek 12 times including Easter Retreats and I am only 14 years old! My dad is a youth pastor at our church, 7th and Main Babtist Church in Bonham, Tx, which I am also the drummer at. Falls Creek is the best place on Earth in my opinion and I look forward to it every year way more than I should. I try to find vlogs and other types of videos about camp but I have watched all of them and they are very boring now. But, as soon as your video popped up, I knew that I recognized this guy. It was the lead singer of the band in Week 5 of Falls Creek 2023. I was there the week you were!!! I loved getting to see the behind the scenes and thank you for you and your band. Y’all were awesome and I loved the opportunity to worship with y’all!! Keep it up!!!

Regardless of genre, this is a great video for any band looking to be more professional. Thank you! So the mix we hear here is his IEM signal?

Hey Ryland, BTW, I have Worship Collective as my band again for falls creek this year. I was wondering if you know who is going to be there or if you don’t, do you maybe know a way how I can find out? Thanks. P.S., I am going week 5.

Interesting video. I would find click and count in through in IEM's very distracting. I suppose it is required if you are also running tracks on Ableton or the like, but I would be unable to worship as I played or perhaps I am old and get easily confused with audio clutter. I would rather have a wedge monitor and hear the drummer to keep time. Thanks for posting though it is appreciated.

It does take some getting used to but after 20 years I find it hard to live without a click! 😀
