  • What is the EOR? Why do refugees have a team at the Olympics? Arjun Ram explains.
    The Refugee Olympic team has now competed in two Olympic Games.
    The first Games with a refugee team was Rio 2016. Tokyo 2020 has even more athletes.
    Yusra Mardini, a Syrian refugee, swam at both Games. She has an amazing story that includes saving a boat full of other fleeing people when she tried to cross from Turkey to Greece.
