You could try and farm the conquered Nazgul traites on as many commanders as possible, like an isolated Gan Altan with a couple troops could be easily disposed of by a newer commander and could give more command.
Please don't keep Derwath! I know Rohan haven't had the greatest mid-game, but they had a strong Early game and did a great job keeping Isengard in check, and still own that settlement to the West. Let Rohan keep all these lands, except maybe Orthanc itself, which Gondor still have a rightful claim to.
You should try putting some artillery in Cirith Ungol. You might be able to get some nice range if you keep them inside the walls on the elevated position. As long as your infantry is closer to the walls they will be able to fire over your front line onto enemy units.
Can you please toggle fog of war in the end of the next episode ? It would be interesting to see how the rest of the world is doing. Great episode as always!

And more practically, they can pump out units faster than he can.
