So good ! One of the best (or THE best) and „non sponsored“ video ! It is perfect to see onboard footage after every upgrade you did !! Did you track your speed with your phone ?
@@ChixLife ok ! So you are not afraid of falling in the water and destroying your phone 👍 I hope there are more videos like this coming ! To hear your opinion on the differences between some Jetskis in a buoy course would be great. As I have seen you have ridden some different skis !
Looking at buying one of these. I always wanted a stand up. Thank you so much for providing such valuable insights on upgrades. Moreover, thanks for being such a bad *ss rider... 🙂
Love to see you back, been a long time subscriber from back when you were building the krash ski! Interesting to see the grate pick you up some MPH. Also what do you think of the 4 stroke? Does it feel as snappy?
Love the 4 stroke, way more low end power and keeps pulling up top. As far as 4 stroke engines go though the TR1 is fairly gutless. Still more umph than the 2 stroke.
@@number817 not doubting, just curious the super varied differences. I weigh 160lbs and it most definitely went faster, same as with Travis and his son's Superjet. I believe Kirt chaged the design a bit from the early ones...but that might be BS. We're at sea level too.
So helpful! Two of my issues with my 2021 SJ. Going to go ahead and pull the trigger on a Riva Racing grate because it has one foil. Can't make up my mind on going with Riva ride plate ($250) or Riva sponsor ($150), any advice?
Yes for sure, actually shot a choppy lake test today and it was much better. Though, the best non-sketch at speed will probably front sponsons. We have some waiting to be installed and tested 😎
I'm using the term colloquially, but from my basic understanding (and I'm obviously not a hydrodynamic scientist lol) cavitation is the likely correct term. Sure the water entering the pump might have air bubbles in it, but it not being a sealed hydraulic system where these terms are more often used the difference in pressures from the loss of water entering the pump and how much it is trying to force out causes the cavitation. Or so it has been explained to me 😉
Great to see you back.
Haven’t even picked up my ski yet and already ordered these parts.
Keep them coming!
We have more in the works!

Thank you! Yes, it was a GPS app

Well... this was years ago, and yes, the phone fell in a different time with my husband, so you have to have the right spot for it.
My favorite chix. Moar ski vids plez 🙏

Much appreciated...just wish this stuff was around when I was bloodying my knees learning to ride haha to I do it for y'all!

My WCOT grate was a 1 mph loss compared to the stock grate. It was worth it though.
Interesting, what type of water conditions, temperature, and same day?
@@ChixLife Six gps passes each grate, back to back testing. Flat, but not glass water conditions. Results were very consistent.

Are you getting any pump cavitation on hard turns with the wcot. That’s what I’m getting, thinking about the watcon or wax grate. Thanks
That's just the SJ's pump tunnel, not much is going to fix that.
Kinda funny I’m lookin at buying a super jet and came across your video and notice I’m parked in the background.

Plate first!
my stock sj gets a bit sketchy at full speed, did either of these parts make it feel more stable at WOT?

I thought the intake grate would slow it down
Was the issue actually cavitation or was it aeration?

Great info for the 12 or 13 people that actually have their hands on a new superjet.
Man there are tons out there, lots for sale used too because many didn't like it stock. We're here to help that!
