Boss Grodd has DOT resistance. I still believe DOT resistance affects BWTD hazard DOT. If it;s not that, then the 'iron skin' modifier would be the problem ( the same way kamidogu daggger boosts her DOT damage)
@@turcaneo yeah, but I have only 1 twinblade, I don't college them, 'cause I need materials for upgrade, and Constantine solo wasn't up in a while Also dot damage usually dealt on basics, but basics get reflected anyway instantly killing loa, mk team or beta users I usually put this artifact on batman to stun Collector so he can't use his shield (if he stun resist randomly) and then do damage with Harley

With this amount of passive stats bwtd deals the same damage to other bosses without dot resistance, so I don't think that this is affecting her
