I personally am not a huge fan of people wishing negative energies to be send back to the sender to protect themselves spiritually. That’s because if somebody does this, it’s coming from a place of hurt. Only very unhappy people would do that or well, try to do that. Rather wish for these negative energies to be transmuted into love & light and for the person who send you them, to fully heal. Forgive whoever caused harm to you or tried to do it. Those are the most hurt people. The ones who need the most healing.
Sometimes they never stop even for a day untill they receive their witchcraft back. Also not returning it back only allows these people to flourish. They can be proffessional darkworkers who harm people for money. Perhaps you have never been under attack.

Your tears are the negativity you have unknowingly absorbed through your work over time. They want to be released. I have a friend that does what you do - similarly - and he gets sick a lot because he does not take the time for enough self care, in my opinion. I’ve told him as such. Your work is hard. To not get ANY negative energy on you would be a miracle. Therefore I think the tears are just that. Negativity releasing from your body because your mind hasn’t been able to do so. Try punching a punching bah. Learn how to first. You can learn in 5-10 minutes then be good to go. It’s a great release.

Your tears are the negativity you have unknowingly absorbed through your work over time. They want to be released. I have a friend that does what you do - similarly - and he gets sick a lot because he does not take the time for enough self care, in my opinion. I’ve told him as such. Your work is hard. To not get ANY negative energy on you would be a miracle.
Therefore I think the tears are just that. Negativity releasing from your body because your mind hasn’t been able to do so.
Try punching a punching bah. Learn how to first. You can learn in 5-10 minutes then be good to go. It’s a great release.

I am speechless. This is my second-most favorite video of yours (and that’s saying a lot since all your videos are complete game changers.) This one was so powerful and strong. Not even halfway through, I started crying and communicating with my guides. They helped me through the transmuting-which, of course, is an ongoing thing-and after the video finished. In order to heal, we must go through pain first, so that we can come stronger on the other side. I released so much negativity through this video and the connection it catalyzed between me and my guides. So much insight and so much freedom. Can’t thank you enough for all that you do! A cool thing is that I was supposed to play another video of yours, but something happened and when I looked through your videos to find it, I was guided to play this one instead. It was exactly what I needed at the time and will definitely come back to it.

I woke up with headache this morning around 5 a.m. I took a painkiller pill. I woke up later but the headache was still on. Then I listened/watched to many reiki/spiritual videos (yours even, even in the morning around 5 a.m.) but I believe after this one the pain substantially left.
