Yes there is. An api Python script can be run with a schedule.

I looked at Python option but I am no rocket surgeon. It was too hard😂I am surprised ESRI doesn't give an easier way to auto update feature layer. Seems like it would be a common need? If you ever figure out easier way love let us know. love your videos. Have watched many.
