Hi Andrew. First of all ,thank you for your job in teaching english for us. It has been very useful for me and I really like each episode of CULIPS.
Well, I think you should try to eat more heathy food and pratice more physical activities. I am sure you will make feel better and sleep more. Passion fruit juice is very good. Try it on.
Other thing is try to listening a calm music,take a shower before go sleep, because that helps your body to relax and try it turn your mind off some minutes before go sleep.

Hi Andrew. I really like this kind of subject. Because this content directly connected real life. These days I couldn't enough sleep cause body condition dramatically dropped since this summer. So, determined to eat oriental medicine. Have you ever eat oriental medicine?
