Darm + Thundy-T offer so much offensive pressure and they make great scarfers. PLUS Adaptability Specs Dragalge AND Mega Pinsir?! Oh my gosh. I’m expecting lots of fun this season :)
Don’t sleep on Curse Gastrodon, it can sweep teams with Waterfall and Earthquake if you remove the opposing grass type with dragalge. Also the Storm Drain can pair quite well with Darmanitan, so you can counter rain teams with it. Good luck, Go Mankeys!

Your draft itself is definitely solid considering how long you have been out of draft league. Cant wait to see the first week match. I am so excited to see you battling in a league format. I am so happy for you shady to see the spark come back for competitive pokemon battling. Just a few things I noticed already is your highest based speed mon is thundurus before Meloetta uses relic song. You are going to have a bit of an issue with higher tier speed mons. However you might have to bring trick room or a t-wave user each week since your team is pretty slow. Being able to use t-wave might be a bit more difficult since you do have tapu fini and the misty terrain that cancels status ailments. Other than that I think you drafted a really cool team and I cannot wait to see you battling again. But please name your gastrodon Cindy!

You know, just a little something to surprise people. Also, about that Avalugg...will it see as much play as when David drafted it? We'll find out.

Gastrodon can also clear stat changes with Clear Smog (does it get haze? Idk). That can come quite clutch as well.... A bit niche but hey you never know when it might come in handy :)

I think this draft definitely suits your slow and steady playstyle, so I'm excited to see what comes of it! I think Thundy an easily be the MVP, especially if you can get into position to have Nasty Plot Gigavolt Havocs. This should be great
