Secret to selling literally anything to men: include the word “tactical” in the name or description of the item lmao.
i confirm 100%
Do you guys want to buy are tactical water bottles or our survival gummy worms?
I like the product. I need a pack. I carry a backpack and I would love to have something like this instead. what a design. I think shark tank lost out
Lol
Exactly. I just bought some tactical thongs, a tactical dress, some tactical pair of SpongeBob socks and a tactical masculine wash.💪💪💪💪
Who else can't stop binging Shark Tank? 🦈
💪🏿
Me too, I love this show!

The fact that when you spin it around, the L-shape allows it to come right to your front without weighing down makes it special compared to regular messenger bags.
Amen!
nah, these types of bags are not successful because they slide side to side when moving, and of course, put strain on a single side of your body, not interchangeable due to hand dominances.
Also, I like that you can detach the strap
Love the way Kevin applauded the man's presentation
Def a good one
“A prepared man is a better man.”
-Batman liked that👍
Mark is such a jock, he can't stop laughing at the man purse
Nope,just a dush
Kevin: I'm just a disciplined financial investor.
Also Kevin: FTX did nothing wrong.
Even though Barbara was not on set, she called in to say,” for that reason, I’m out.”
😐😐😐
Someone had to do it.... but please.... never try this joke again
Wow, hilarious. Another Barbara joke. Just what we all needed.....
Even though Barbara's on vacation, she called to say "And for that reason, I'm getting out of the pool".
🤣
What a great pitch. To the point and well done.
Kinda wish this one got an offer just because it seems like a really useful product. I found their website some time back but I hope the company’s doing well!!
I bet you there are a dozen bags just like this or very similar on the market
@John Smith I'd prefer to see it in leather and have some male models in fitted suits model it. The current material shown here looks like something I can get at Ross or Marshall's. The whole tactical theme is giving off a cheap played out vibe. People are leveling themselves up these days. Go for leather instead
@@Scott-got-caught well it’s worth 3 mil today
great product. the problem was his high valuation at this stage. he should have asked for something more reasonable and he would've got it.
Nothing stands out. Just another cheap chinese bag that looks funny.
Good*
@@Tavans_Life Decent and Tactical* 🤣
It’s literal a fancy backpack
@@joshdeveaux6936 you're a fancy pack. 😏
Considering Daymond invested in a company that makes Face masks for dogs, I fully expected him to go in on this too

Barbara: "I was thinking something else when I read 'man-pack', and for that reason, I'm out."
I wouldn’t wear one but I could see all the people living in cities who don’t drive a car wearing it
200,000 in good will. Daymond was right. That was a horrible answer. Nice bag though.
Wish he'd included the outdoors capability like how durable it is, the capacity in relation to the average stuff required for camping, mountain climbing, etc. in case there are people who prefer this type of bag structure to the conventional backpack. Happy to hear the company's doing well.
it would have been great if he brought an example of a competitor's bag and showed the difference
I literally don't like when they willing to help out kids who have 0 sales in the name of investing in the person but not into those hardworking men who can become more useful..
Kids don’t usually ask for $200,000 in “good will”. Daymond was right. Even teenagers are smarter than that.

I never actually watched this show before but now binge on youtube for shopping ideas. I think my "tough guy" uncle would like this "manly" bag.
Just tell him it's "tactical"
im addicted to this show 😩
So, you have to come up with business idea to be investor or to sit that position in the near future
These are literally 2+ decade old! I used to wear them to school when I was in India. How come this is new?
These bags were very popular because of a movie released at that time(2000) and we used to call them "kushi" bags
this is from 2014 though. But still, it doesn’t seem revolutionizing. He is a great salesman selling his vision though.
What do men use to carry things in India now??
Stupid product, not that it isnt useful but it's a trend that comes and goes every 10 years, any respectable man needs two bags, a weekend backpack, and a briefcase for more legitimate business matters, no real market for these or they wouldnt come and go.
We just didn't have them in the USA for sure.
It’s a cool bag, but I need ultra durability like JanSport because they have stood by the product like tears or the internalized strap material twisting. I still have the same bags that I used when I was 10 years old. I only bought newer ones because I needed bigger bags.
I love the chemistry between the Sharks 😂
Even though Barbara's on vacation, she called to say "And for that reason, I'm getting out of the pool".
I love the utility of this product! Great design.
My friend had a similar bag way back in 1997/8. Maybe just a little smaller.
Mark laughing tickled me proper
that was one heck of a presentation
$200K for Goodwill? The sharks were not born yesterday.
Slogan for these bags: "It`s an old idea nothing new and the colors are awful too."
I beg to disagree.
‘Auxilary pockets’!!!!!!!!😂😂😂

Now I have an overwhelming feeling to replay the GTA V campaign
“On the Metro” that’s how you can tell that it’s a DC area man!
Did anyone else notice how sweaty he was lmao
This is one of those things that on presentation and the idea alone seems really exciting then when you get down to it there’s really nothing that separates it from anything else or makes it stand out.....and his lacklustre sales support that
Not really, I've never seen a bag you can comfortably wear in that many different positions without ripping your neck off
But he said it was tactical! The key buzzword for men 😂
“I woke up late today and I’m tired, so for those reasons I’m out.”
HE NEEDS TO INVENT A BETTER ANTI PERSPIRANT
I love Shark Tank & I am learning so much from bing watching its addicting.
Had a feeling he'd get offers if he asked for 9%
I love how he spins it around his body like that's supposed to mean something. LOL
I'm a backpack wearer and this looks like a great feature to me. I hate to have to remove my pack to access my stuff.
Good confidence and pitch but Very good feedback from all sharks, also when u open a bag it should be easy to slide in/out things and visible to do it and not to open the completely chain of bag and tilt head in angle every single time
“Value is a matter of perception.”
"It's not a purse, it's a European Carryall!"

wow AMAZING presentation!
You prove them sharks wrong, purse man!!!
There many bags out there. Wndrd, herschel, north face, coto paxi, and many more bags in Amazon
Can’t stop laughing
It would do great for college students.
It does have pluses, but it's still just a backpack, albeit with a different design.
200k goodwill seems like a financial accounting term taught in schools
The executive leather bag is really nice
dose anyone has one of these Man-Pack bags , how good are they?
Where can i buy this?
Mark had a case of the Giggles
Man I love this!!!!!
Like how he said that a prepare man is a better man
i mean this dude was early everyone is rocking this sort of bag now
So basically to sell anything to a guy you just need to fill your product with pockets, and pockets inside of pockets. Once I saw that cellphone pocket in the strap I knew that was the only selling point (it’s nothing new, it’s a bag with a lot of pockets)
The ergonomics I believe is his angle here...and yes the tactical part having hella pockets lol
@@Scott-got-caught Eh, it's still not special with its ergonomics. It's not the most common design but hardly uncommon. I've had a single strap backpack for years that spins around to the front at an angle conducive to easy access. And mine has more MOLLE lol which I prefer, I can strap anything to it :D
Just watch one of his you tube vids lol. Apparently the beverage holder is “collipsable”
Maybe he should start developing a pit stain remover.
Those are pretty damn good tac bags
Great product i just went online looking for it
We need "Zo bags" to come back. Erik already did this back in the 90s
For texas buyers you can add an open carry in the front!
I used this product over 20 years ago when I took my boys on vacation. This guy was years late with this idea.
I can see every military personnel, law enforcement and secret service agents wearing one of these walking down the street. 😂😂
Why is that funny?
@@Swan-rb4yg You like wearing purses around don't you?

Milleniums... lord have mercy
Good product.
This is in trend at the moment.
He's selling was very typical, like over highlighting normal features. But I like the design. I would buy it for my brother or boyfriend if it was available in India below/around Rs2000
It's actually brilliant
I kind of want to get one of these.
Yes it's good product very use full ....
This guy is so fast. I had to watch it at 0.25 speed
This just looks like a squarer version of the sling pack I wore in college.
I absolutely loved it
It’s in style now to wear bags again lol.. he gets a supreme sticker on it it’s worth over 5k resell
He looks exactly like the type of guy to wear one of these 😂
great guy
200k in goodwill 🤣
Include a gun holster. Winning.
He was ahead of his time
This is a great idea. It has to hold a 14in MacBook and auxiliaries. Sharks have underestimated this guy. He needs to see how Crumpler make stuff, and use their materials. Then he could sell these for USD$250.
This video is EXACTLY long enough to eat a 6pc McNugget and Small fry.
They missed out. It’s worth 4 million currently and has grown 1 million in 2 months.
Opens the bag and Barbara pops out to say.(I'm out)
Do people not like backpacks? I love mine couldn’t imagine getting something with one strap
I actually use my backpack with one strap, so I get what this product is going for.
"They don't want me because my valuation is too high." That statement alone tells me he didn't understand business. It's purely because of very low sales. You sold 40 bags within 1 month and those bags are like $50 each? Come on, that's tiny. How do you expect someone to invest in that? The problem with low sales isn't just because your revenue is small. Low sales means little data. You can't possibly have enough data to know what color sales the most, what demographic buys it the most, you don't have enough feedback, etc.
For a product this simple, I think the guy was taking himself too seriously.
why is no one talking about his pit stains
