That is so exciting! I definitely felt super excited yet overwhelmed at first so I could have definitely used some step by step videos when I was a newbie. 💕 I also suggest joining some Cricut newbie or Cricut beginner Facebook groups because those are how I learned those really tricky things before there were videos out there on it :) since then I started to make beginner videos and tutorials to help crafters who are excited to get crafting but wanting some helpful tips 💕 Any idea on what project you will be working on? :)
Thank you so much I been looking for projects to do I had my cricut for a year but took a 8 month break due to family emergencies and now I can get back to crafting and this helped out a lot especially the kids items my kids are gonna love everything (until they get tired of everything being personalized) new subscriber here😊😊

Going to make stickers and a design for a t-shirt today as my first projects. ☺Where is the best place to purchase blanks for projects? @@bellalatina1988 I absolutely agree it can feel super overwhelming at first. I waited a few months before even opening the box 😂 You will get the hang of it quick and then you won't want to stop creating beautiful projects! :) I personally love to buy my blank shirts from my local Walmart or Michaels (I am Canadian so we don't have target or anything but I'm sure they have options there also or at other craft stores) for things like mugs and stuffed animals etc I love to check my local dollar shops or also Walmart and Michaels because they have so many options. If you are looking to do a business out of it I would suggest looking on Facebook too because there are Facebook groups that are for buying Cricut crafting blanks in bulk for example so it's cheaper but it would only be cheaper if you are buying a lot (so more for business purposes) which I personally have not done so I don't know how well those are. ❤️ I definitely suggest watching some tutorials on RUclips if you do feel overwhelmed because I loved how I was able to do each step while I watched the videos and it made it a lot easier for me to learn the little things 💕💕 You will do great!!

@@Trebushea You're welcome ☺️. My wreaths are doing well thank you. I am focused on paper crafting at the moment. I made my first Advent Calendar and it sold as within a day of making it. My spin on the calendar is I made 2 x 2 boxes. I fussy cut DSP that were in shapes of ornaments. I popped those up on the lids of boxes and used shinny glitzy ribbon to wrap around the boxes. Color scheme was navy blue and gray. I recycled a Little Cesar's pizza lid into a cover using DSP to cover the boxes.
Hahah yes it is a real window but I love the idea! I film in my kitchen because we currently live in a small temporary rental and it's the only space to hide from the kids 😂

I started selling my items through Facebook market place and local Facebook groups a few years ago and then I made a business page on Facebook so people started coming to there. Since having my baby this year I put all that side business on hold to adjust to adding another member to the family but I would definitely say Facebook was a great way to start because I didn't have to pay for any adds or shipping or anything :) Wishing you the best of luck! Haha don't worry it is not plugged in or anything it's just for the video as a background on a large platform window that is large enough to sit on :) I agree I definitely would not suggest actually using your Cricut machine near a sink that is a great comment to share💖 🥰 The kitchen is the only space with bright lighting as my craft space is too dark to film in haha
