Follow the steps below to turn off sensitive content on X:
1. Open the browser on your iPhone or Android phone and navigate to X.com. Login to your account.
2. Once logged in, select your profile image in the top left.
3. Select Settings and privacy.
4. In the settings select Privacy and safety then choose Content you see.
5. Ensure the checkbox next to Display media that may contain sensitive content is check.
6. Under Content you see, select Search settings.
7. Ensure the checkbox next to Hide sensitive content is unchecked.

You have to make sure you exit the app on your phone then go and open it on browser

Yep. Some accounts have their entire media tab automatically marked as "sensitive" even when most of their content is sfw. It's pretty annoying to deal with as changing the settings doesn't do a thing now.

You need to click everything that he clicked go to privacy and safety and the settings on the web browser and then when you see the search bar type in content I can see in privacy in settings in the setting to disable, it’s there
