At 11:13 there is a price listed in Francs, which combined with the car models from the 90's makes me think it is an older video from probably mid 90's
I moved here 13 years ago there is no longer a traffic circle on Place Massena; it's (mostly) pedestrian. There is now a tram line there instead. It runs from Nice Nord down through downtown all the way to Place Garibaldi (also mostly pedestrian now) and beyond. Plus the park on Place Massena with the fountains has been replaced with a wonderful "Green belt", a ribbon of a park running up from the sea over the underground Peillon River to the Museum d'Art Moderne (MAMAC) adjacent to Pace Garibaldi. This is all so VERY different from this video which looks quite old...pre-2000's? Time to come back to Nice! P.S. There is also a 2nd tram line going from the airport to the port (yay!) ; and a 3rd from the airport up the Var River valley on the eastern edge of the city to the new Football (Soccer) stadium .
