This along with a few other secret commissions are unlocked after collecting all "Lost Items From Old Capitol" (within its research log) in what is now called "Withered Domain". Should be about 3 items needed for this one. You can check in with RAY to see your collections progress. Here is a cool trick to get them quicker. 0.) Go to Hollow Zero 1.) Enter Withered Domain Zone 1: Old Capitol Metro (2500 pts). 2.) Accept the Corruption from Masked Scholar 3.) Check for the invisible TV Bangboo and navigate to it. (If its not there, then exit and try again.) 4.) Once an item is acquired, you can exit the stage and still keep the items obtained. Same goes for Resonia which you can complete your log pretty quickly or at least gain the majority 5.) Rinse and Repeat :)
