I bought a Sega CD Model 2 in 1993 and it was $229 and came packed with Sewer Shark. I quickly bought up Final Fight CD, Sonic CD, Ecco the Dolphin and Bram Stokers Dracula. I kept the console for around a year and then sold it for an even dumber purchase the Atari Jaguar!

You were tricked into buying sega cd with promises of all that extra spoace u can have huge gbames now. But instead of making games with more levels and longer, they made krap movie video games like sewer crap shark and night trap. I can only imagine the horor of spending $400 on new sega cd and popping in garbage sewer trap and night trap and this is the mostly the gabbabe this thing wil hagvve. A few great gems though but no rental stores to try before u buy either fort the most partt.

When I was a kid I begged my mom to get me a Model 1 SegaCD from Sam’s Club who had one that was open box (the revised model was out by then). I somehow convinced her and had a ton of fun with Sonic CD, Slipheed and Sewer Shark.

lol, in the time ive had my PS3 slim 120 gb model my friend went through two xbox 360s, i bought my ps3 in June of 2010, i was a senior in Highschool and about 18 years old, it has thousands and thousands of hours on it, i even let my friend borrow it and he put a crap ton of hours on it as well, it has also been dropped on a hard wood floor twice and been mailed to Alaska, its been toted around in a suitcase while i was experiencing homelessness in 2015-2016, its been with me when i started over the road truck driving across the USA in 2017, and now that i'm 32 years old now, it still sits on my entertainment system and it still runs like the day i bought it. no other console has been through as much as that one and is the oldest console out of my 10 other systems i own.

I bought a used sega cd in early 93 for about $200, it didn’t have any of the discs so I took it to a Toys R Us told them that I bought it from them and that it didn’t have any of the discs and they exchanged my used one for a brand new one. Needless to say you can’t get away with that now.

The Sega CD has always been a wonderful system to play on from time to time. It truly made your Genesis experience pop off more then anything else, and there were always some amazing moments on that thing.
