Personally, i love the protocol 10 reminders. It still gives us a bit of insight on whats going on around the city, also, it gives you some strange sense that your getting closer to something big
I know that this is a common critique of gamingsins videos, but this time I actually have proof that the GamingSins channel didn't play the game himself. The channel used the "Arkham City (The Movie)" video from Andy Gilleand. This RUclipsr edits out all of the button prompts in the game to make it seem more movie-like, and if you take a look at all of the sins from the GamingSins portion of this video that features gameplay, you can see that none of the button prompts show up. The most significant piece of evidence I found was at 53:38. If you look at that particular cut right there, that is precisely like the edit used in Andy Gilleand's video, further proving my point. That right there is conclusive evidence that GamingSins literally didn't play the game and that he just used another person's video to make this video. And I could be wrong, but I NEVER heard him address the fact that he used this footage. I believe that this is worth about 100 sins on its own.
@@robinanwaldt That's actually a good point. The problem that I have with that though is that he sinned absolutely idiotic things that are not wrong with the game, that he should have known weren't sins if he actually played the game. A few examples of this would be when he sinned Bruce not giving Jack Ryder a chance to get up before telling him again, or that Batman hit a woman in the church, and he even called the "going to the GCPD to look for Freeze" section a side mission. If he did play it, then he definitely would have known that going to the GCPD was NOT a side mission, that Bruce telling Jack Ryder to get up again is all on the player pressing a button, and that the game actually prompts you to counter Harley Quinn instead of hitting her. That's just what makes me truly believe that this scumbag didn't actually play the game and instead very shamelessly used another person's footage for a video. That's not to say that your point wasn't good though.
27:31 Explained in an Arkham City Story; she WAS dying, and they allowed a priest to visit her to offer last rights, he happened to be wearing a plant, and she used it to synthesize a cure based on her unique biology. Seriously people, DO THE SIDE MISSIONS!
27:07 it actually IS explained that ivy IS cured in arkham city. in one of the stories you can read after solving a riddle, it's explained that ivy was indeed dying due to titan poisoning, but was able to mutate a cure with some spores coating a priest that came in to pray for her salvation
@@bruhmanofyear2647TITAN isn't a toxin. It's a super-steroid like Venom, but worse because of the way it deteriorates those who it affects. Even Ivy got mutated into riding a Super Plant Godzilla Monster. Joker took it straight to the face and now he's DYING, who knows how many darts he shot into Ivy with that wack ass tranq gun of his to get the effect he did? Thankfully, Ivy is Pog.
The thing with Ra's not knowing batmans identity could also be explained as he did know who batman was but when Hugo Strange came forth with his identity, he showed a potential to Ra's so Ra's decided to test Hugo with the plans of protocol 10/the city
Talia blatently says in the same room as Ra's "I thought you loved me Bruce" Batman: "Talia I-" "Stop that's enough, you two deserve each other" Batman: "you're looking Old Ra's what's really going on" I think it's safe to say He absolutely knew that he was Bruce since the beginning, he also trained with him for months on, so him opening up to Ra's about his past his struggles hearing his voice the way he talks and his speech pattern all of that Im pretty sure he knows he's Bruce Wayne still I wish we had a 100% answer on it
Knowing how Ra's operates... Yeah that's literally what happens. Strange came with the info and Ra's was like "Ohh that's interesting I never thought someone like you would find this out, let's see where this goes"
Honestly seeing someone miss all of the subtleties in Arkham City shows how much care went into the game. Hugo Strange feels the need to prove himself better than Batman so he gives him the chance to stop him. Things like that are not super obvious until you think them through, and the game wouldn't work without them.
@@GingeryGinger Yeah and Ras was at one point going to have Batman be his successor instead of Strange. It still makes sense for Strange to want to prove himself.
That and hugo is a idiot in that regard by deciding to taunt batman a true smart villain would have made batman watch as he is actively unable to do anything to stop him something that ironically was done by the basically most hated arkham game arkham knight
I just realized Arkham City is a real who's who of voice actors. Kevin Conroy, Mark Hamill, Grey Griffin, Dee Bradley Baker, Nolan North, Troy Baker, Maurice LaMarche (The Brain from Pinky and the Brain), Stana Katic (Kate Beckett from Castle), Fred Tatasciore (Mario Auditore from Assassin's Creed 2), Corey Burton (Count Dooku from The Clone Wars show), Kimberly Brooks (Ashley Williams from Mass Effect), so many amazing VAs in one game.
I never liked these video series, it’s always some guy thinking he’s funny and relatable pointing out stuff he doesn’t understand. This is my favorite game of all time, and I think there are very issues with the story in it. Great video!
11:54 It's not that obvious, but in Arkham Asylum Joker has containers full of Titan in the elevator with him in the Botanical gardens addressed to characters like Penguin, and other characters. Someone did a video where they use mods to go inside the elevator
In regards to the scene where Joker says he spent months shipping out his blood, people ask why people hadn't died already. I always assumed he meant he spent months planning the scheme and the all the blood was delivered on the same night that City takes place, so people are being infected with the blood around the same time as bats or throughout the night which is why there are so few cases mentioned by Robin and Oracle
That would make sense as if joker sent his blood to the various hospitals in Gotham Tim, Babs, and Dick wouldn’t have enough time to search every single one.
I don't think that would be possible. Blood doesn't last very long in storage, maybe a couple of weeks, so if the joker was constantly storing blood but not putting it into circulation, he would have hundreds of useless bags of dead blood. My hypothesis is that the titan affects the cellular biology, perhaps causing some sort of immuno-compromise similar to HIV or AIDS. Maybe the Titan blood kills the hosts white blood cells and replaces it with its own, which are all on a timer to self destruct.
48:50 Actually if you don’t use smoke pellet right away you can listen to thugs dialogue about killing Batman right there and if you wait long enough they will just shoot you. I love rocksteady
I love the two people who didn’t even try to use the disruptor on Freeze. The first time I played this game it was the first thing I did and then I died because I kept trying to use it on him. Also these people keep missing obvious plot points like Hugo not revealing Batman’s identity or Lucius mass producing the cure.
It's honestly baffling that someone could miss that. If you play on normal difficulty, Oracle basically TELLS YOU that you need to use all your different gadgets to stop Freeze.
@@hellnoodlerat4937 I believe on Easy difficulty Oracle even sends you a list of ways to take down Freeze. This does not happen on the other difficulty modes
Tbh, I never even thought about using on him at all, in fact I consistently forget there even is a disruptor in the game at all, I have NEVER used it outside of the Penguin section where you are required to do so
20:34 I don't think the point was that Ra's didn't know Bruce's identity, I'm fairly sure he did, Hugo coming to him was more Hugo trying to impress Ra's with how clever he was, so Ra's would see him as a worthy partner.
Yeah that’s always how I interpreted that moment. Batman’s identity wasn’t new information for Ra’s, but the fact that Strange figured it out was the interesting part
To be honest. I think that Ra's al Gloul knew about Batman's Identity before Hugo told him. And Ra's gave him chance because he saw that he has potential
@@qui-gonjinn8350 Ra's Al Ghul are one of the few people that knows that Batman is Bruce from the very start. It's common knowledge for Batman fans......
I swear to god, one of the requirements for making a sin video is you have to be blind, and the other requirement is being an idiot. Clown puncher, you are the only person I have seen who makes a sin video and uses your brain and eyes. I really like your videos because of that. It’s honestly staggering how all four of these guys makes such similar sins, it’s almost like one of them made one video and the rest just dubbed their own voices over it.
Honestly, it really is. The format base cinema sins brings the point of they being idiots, those aren't really bad basis it is meant to be like that as the videos shouldn't be taken with only seriousness.
@@duvan-solis The problem is that the Game/ Cinema sin clones try to make it seem like real criticism and when they try to be funny it falls hard same with the original Cinema Sins. The sad part is that these clones had a chance to be better than the one they copied but just copied everything even the stupidity and having to be brain dead part.
you realise that the Gaming or Cinemasins are only for entertainment right? Everybody who take it serious is kinda an Idiot. Yes the Arkham Games are good and have a memory factor but thats about it. Haha imagine taking movies or Videogames Serious haha
22:27 Also proof he didn't play the side missions because one of them literally goes like this: Step 1. Find Nora Step 2: Beat up thugs Guarding Nora Step 3: Go back to Freeze and tell him that you know where Nora is, at which point Freeze will travel there offscreen and you can visit him there as Batman and Catwoman. Not only is this a side missions in and of itself, it's essential to complete the Riddler content, as it is the answer to a Riddle. Just because you're too lazy to do the side missions as well as the main campaign, GCN, don't assume they don't add to the story.
25:00, if you listen to the audio tapes, you also learn that a decent chunk of the scenarios within the Joker A-plot were set in motion by Strange himself (he directed Catwoman to Dent’s office for the vault plans before telling Dent she would be headed there; he armed Joker and Penguin’s gangs; he informed Penguin about the undercover cops and Freeze’s role in Joker’s cure; he handed Nora Fries to Joker; and he hired Deadshot to assassinate Wayne and/or Batman on top of that) Even if Bruce escaped and began investigating, Strange knew that Batman wouldn’t resist these situations and get involved, so he was likely betting that Batman would get wrapped up in the chaos of Arkham City and be distracted long enough until he could kill him during protocol 10. And to his credit, it worked like a charm.
I'm so glad someone pointed out you can actually use Freeze's tech against him in his boss battle. I watched those videos previously and it made my blood boil when they said that. Good video overall!
19:46 the fact that this one guy tallied more sins in the game than CP tallied for these four videos combined should be counted as a sin, since he's clearly just milking it.
CinemaSins isn’t much better, but the fact that the GCN guy desperately attempts to emulate CS makes everything he says just so much more cringe and annoying.
Agreed. He embodied all of what the character is, means and aspires. Besides, a small critique I've always had for Heath's Joker, he literally makes only one joke (disappearing a pencil inside a dude's eye). It is a great villain, but not the best Joker adaptation overall.
@@LF-sp7wm Yeah. I mean it’s good, but it gets a little old after some time. That and people sometimes take his whole ideology too seriously and forget that he’s just a fictional character.
@@LF-sp7wm Personally, I think Heath's Joker was lacking in one particular aspect that is imperative to the character: his infatuation with Batman. When Heath said "I don't wanna kill you! What would I do without you?", I didn't believe him. I think Heath's Joker has a more serious outlook than Mark's more playful Joker, and I think part of that is the lack of love for Batman. You can see in Batman: Arkham Origins how Joker's plan is kinda like what Heath was doing, but the difference is that when the Arkham Joker met Batman, he fell in love and changed his mission to focus solely on him.
Aight only thing, Mark Hamil is definitely my favorite Joker. That’s the one I think I agree with in either video you critiqued. But I respect the opinion, Ledger did phenomenal. Just more connected with Hamil personally
I’m glad I checked before commenting this myself. I liked the vid a lot but it’s super subjective to claim that everyone agrees with the opinion that Ledger is best, especially when arguably more people like Hamill more. He’s the voice I hear in my head when I read comics, Ledger can never manage that because his character wasn’t truly the Joker, just a specific interpretation. Same for Phoenix’s portrayal
Heath Ledger did a good job, but if you wanted to cast him as most other versions of the character it wouldn't work, Ledger's Joker is a someone more on the psychological and criminal side of Joker's character, whilst Mark Hamil perfectly portrays the Joker I enjoy, the one who does random shit because it messes with Batman.
Yeah, Mark Hamill basically is the commonly accepted Joker at this point, Ledger's is good, but if I'm imagining Joker, Mark Hamill will always come first.
I’m sorry but Hamill is hands down the best Joker. Heath did an amazing acting job but he was just Anarky in clown makeup. Hamill nails everything the joker should be. He can jump from annoying clown to deadly serious murderer in a second.
Definitely gotta agree that Hamil is the best along with Conroy they both perfectly represent the characters. However I feel that Heath fit the tone of the Nolan trilogy, the silliness of Hamil wouldn’t really translate into the gritty realism of the universe.
It's situational. For the more goofy but still terrifying Joker, Hamill takes the win. But if you're trying to make Joker a completely unhinged gang leader ready to kill billions of innocents to prove a point to one guy, Heath is the winner.
I think Heath and Troy Baker are better then Hamil (this user is now hiding in an underground bunker so he can fight off all the incoming death threats)
It’s less that Ra’s is ready for death and more that the pit takes away more and more of him each time, and he’s afraid of what he may effectually become if he keeps using it.
20:26 I recently replayed this masterpiece, and I came to an interesting conclusion: Ra's does know the Batman's real identity, but he saw an opportunity and a valuable asset/ally when Strange came to him. Think about it, if some guy came to you, with undeniable proof, about the biggest secret that many have yet to figure out, wouldn't you see them differently? The only other person who deduced said secret was Bane in AO.
@@Ricardo7250 it's just the fact that Talia openly refers to him as Bruce in front of ra's. It makes me at least think that it's like this dude said: that ra's knew but Hugo knowing it too makes him see strange as a worthy ally.
I mean, if Arkham Origins were canon in the Arkhamverse lore, Bruce was trained by the League of Assassins in order to become Batman, and I don't think I need to remind who's the leader of the League. Also, Talia adressing Batman as Bruce in Arkham City is a big giveaway.
Strange’s, “PROTOCOL TEN WILL COMMENCE.” And his talking of the rules over the intercom is what the intercom noise is to Arkham Asylum. It’s become something classic that annoys the hell out of me when I play the games
I noticed every video that said the gun disrupter doesn't work on Freeze's gun never showed trying and just want an excuse to put a sin on one of the best boss fights
16:56 Totally agree. When you're looking through a rifle scope like that, you're ONLY going to see what the scope is pointed at. Now, if that guy had a simple red dot sight with no magnification, he could have both eyes open... Though he'd have to have been made told that part as well. Something that is often overlooked when someone makes the "why didn't this person see Batman" argument is that when you are focused on something, you'll be more likely to ignore your peripheral vision, unless you're aware that there's a reason to be more alert in the first place. EDIT: I forgot to point this out earlier, and I know it's done in this case so Batman could know to move Catwoman out of the way, but a lot of entertainment media do this: using a laser sight and a scope at the same time. Just... no. Though, I am wondering if in this situation, Joker wanted Batman to know Joker was aiming for her.
ngl heath is definitely second. we have decades worth of joker work from mark, and i just can’t put one movie above all of mark’s work. feels disrespectful.
in the moment that Ra's says that Strange came to him with Batman's identity I always interpreted that to be him being impressed enough with strange figuring out who Batman is and that Ra's already knew. The way he said it doesn't technically imply that he didn't already know who Batman was, just that Strange having this information was sufficient for Ra's to take a chance with him.
Finally replayed Arkham City and actually listened to the tapes. So much makes sense now, such as how penguin knew about the cops and how he kidnapped freeze. Everything tied up Hugo Strange
Please reply Here's my everything wrong with your video. Regarding the Hugo Strange capturing Wayne thing, if you listen to the interview tapes you unlock from riddler challenges, you find out Strange has a serious inferiority complex to Batman. My favorite is the one where Riddler stuns Strange by telling him he knows of the times he locks himself in his office and cries and asks if he's really worthy. The whole thing with telling Batman about Protocol 10 is Strange trying to prove to himself that he's better than Batman. He wants Batman to try to stop him. The Aaron Cash voice thing, actually the guy saying "When this is over you'll regret this!" is Cash. It wouldn't make sense for the thugs to say it. I'm surprised he didn't sin the fact Thalia is there to save Batman from Joker, and instead of just, like, killing Joker, she goes through this complicated plan to get herself kidnaped and use a tracker so Batman can come after them. She could easily beat up Joker, save Batman, and then go look for the cure together. Strange actually figured out Batman's identity shortly after the Asylum, and he decided to run an underground auction and sell it to the highest bidding super villain. Rhas already knew Batman's identity, but caught wind of the auction and realized Strange was correct. That's how they met. More stuff they'd know if they read the character bios and listened to the interview tapes. Your theory doesn't explain how Joker managed to ship his blood to Gotham. I guess it could be that Strange was helping him smuggle the blood out of AC, and going through Sharp to make it seem like legit blood. But there's no reason for Strange to do this, considering he wants to be Batman and for the people of Gotham to admire him like they do Batman. He has no beef with the average civilian as long as they didn't work construction of AC. You didn't sin the sin for the game not explaining who ratted out the undercover GCPD officers in the museum. One of Penguin's interview tapes reveals it was Strange. The Demon Trials should be sinned for not making sense (and being really easy) what is it about gliding between crystal pillars that proves Batman is Rhas' worthy successor? Strange didn't line up and gun down all the inmates because the city counsel wouldn't allow him. He had to build Arkham City as a front and give the prisoners weapons so he could pretend like mass execution was the only option. They literally explain this in the game. The Freeze fight is definitely a hissy fit. "Find my wife." "No!" Fight "Find my wife?" "Fine."
Honestly don't know how you want me to reply, seeing as most of it is just a further breakdown of things I explained. You definitely did a better job than me, I'll give you that. And this further incentivizes me to do an Everything Actually Wrong With Arkham City video.
@@ClownPuncher139 The nice thing about following small channels is that they always reply to your comments :) Also, something else I just thought of. What's the deal with the Demon Trials? Thalia says thousands have failed. Must've been a bunch of people who didn't think they'd need to fly to be able to pass the test. Unless the test is tailored to each person, in which case, why is Batman's test specific to him? You'd think Rhas would test his combat skills or his moral compass.
@@highlightermarca-texto3281 if I was going to test batman I'd put him in a room with a gun with one bullet and the man who killed his parents, if he shoots himself he's not worthy but if he breaks his no killing rule and kills Joe chill then he's worthy
Also to correct the sin about the chalice disappearing. The original video was right. Yes, they disappeared but that was due to Batman's hallucination like how the wall disappeared. They should still be there once he "returns"
I also want to add a thing about sin about Poison Ivy. She cured herself with some flower thing from priest that was coming to her when she was dying. It was in Arkham City story. And because she cured herself Sharp sent her to Arkham City as one of the First prisoners
I always figured, with Ra’s giving Strange the resources for this madness, he was (albeit marginally) impressed that Strange, a non-immortal normie, literally figured out who Batman was by using critical thinking. When Protocol 10 failed (because of Ra’s’ TRUE heir, according to him), that led to Strange’s death.
11:47 In Arkham Asylum, there's a cutscene where it's revealed that Joker was sending Titan in the background. In the original release, it was to various villains, possibly including Penguin. In the remaster, it was sending ALL of them to Penguin
27:24 Actually she is it's literally written on one of the game's collectable articles (or whatever they call it)where it says Poison Ivy manipulated the pollen from a priest within Arkham Asylum
This is my favorite series on RUclips. I watched all of these as they came out. And rewatching them is exhilarating. Watching you put all these people in their place. You are truly a Gothamite sir.
22:03 additional Sin, you very much DO save Nora. Yes it's a Most Wanted Mission, but the MW Missions are still cannon whether you do them or not. Heck, in Arkhem Knight, they're REQUIRED to get the Final Ending. The mission of saving Nora isn't even that hard! It's given to you after fighting Freeze and is only one Part where all you have to do is go to a warehouse, find a way in, beat up thugs, and that's it! It's 'Friend in Need' levels of Easy!
I really hate it when people make a fuss over how the joker can be nonsensical sometimes. He has 2 motivations for most things and those are 1) fuck with batman and 2) he thinks its funny. He will do things at random for the bit if he so pleases but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have elaborate plans in place for things he needs/wants done
Yeah for me I kept forgetting protocol 10 was even a thing Hell thought it was the B plot for the longest time because so much time was put in getting the cure that when it happend I was like " oh wow, well let's get this over with so i can get back to the main plot"
At 20:28 I’ve always thought that what Ra’s means is that he was impressed that strange was able to figure out who Batman was. Instead of what most people think which is that Ra’s didn’t know who Batman was and strange told him.
Nobody would have rationally expected an unarmed Bruce Wayne to escape the most secure area of Arkham City, neutralize a small riot while in chains, and then proceed to beat up a dozen guys at once, escape his cuffs, and parkour up to the top of Ace Chemicals and order an air drop, then spend the rest of the night taking out a collection of his rogues gallery while poisoned, and then stop Protocol 10 at Wonder Tower. It's insanely impressive when you consider what Batman did, it's like criticizing Hugo Strange for not being able to predict the future. No one expected him to accomplish all that in one night.
Plus, when the gcn guy asks how penguin got the titan formula, if u go into spectator mode in asylum on PS3, you can see the titan boxes are labeled with the names of just about everyone in Batman Gillian franchise. In the remaster however, all of these are changed to for the penguin. You can also see footage too
11:00 I think there is a part in the beginning of the game where Bruce Wayne is getting processed and deadshot says “your on my list” His list gets revealed later and Batman is on there too. Still a great video thought
it always astonishes me how 99% of the game sins are " wtf this cockroach doesnt haave animated flying fart physics??? SINNED! " like christ its so nit-picky
dude you can really tell from some of these sins he really has no clue what hes doing, also the part about the cash voice acting as the criminal, im pretty sure thats cash thats says "when this is over im going to make you regret it" because hes being hostage, which is why he cant do anything in the moment which is why he would of said that.
I always think well Ra's knew from Talia about Batman identity and when Strange said he knew Batman's identity to Ra's, Ra's thought he could be useful .
8:29 Ironically I’m pretty sure that is meant to be Cash saying that line so GCN was wrong to sin it. To me that was clearly meant to be cash telling the thugs that they’ll regret kidnapping him.
I love the fact that they ignore that Joker literally kidnapped a lot of doctor to treat him after he recovered from the Titan poisoning in the last game. How convenient for them.
11:59 Also when you fight the double titans in asylum. In the elevator joker goes in to escape there a bunch of titan containers listed to ship to different villains. In the remastered version however, the titan containers are only have penguin's name on them.
I do believe that Mr. Freeze blocks out the jammer at some point in the fight or on harder difficulties, I have experienced not being able to use the jammer even if I haven't used it yet. I think there's a line where Mr. Freeze taunts Batman for trying to use his tech against him
I wanna mention one thing about the cut from the Joker fight to Catwoman and Ivy: We can hedge a pretty valid guess that they've been arguing almost all night judging by how soon after you breach the vault, and Protocol 10 commences shortly after you enter the vault. They've got a point.
It’s hard to compare mark hammil to Heath ledger because it’s like comparing apples to oranges. Hamill provides the better voice and dialogue but Heath Ledger gives a better atmosphere and better mannerisms overall as the joker because he’s on screen so I would say They are about equal in my eyes but I respect your opinion if you have a different one
8:31 i agree with your point but also i’ve never looked in detective mode to see whos talking but im pretty sure thats cash talking to the thugs adressing the fact batman will beat them
27:23-27:32 This was actually explained in the Arkham City stories you unlock through Riddler challenges, Poison Ivy was cured of Titan. It also affected her in the same way it did Joker, overpowering her body’s immunity to all toxins. The side effects were killing Ivy way sooner than they did to Joker, before Arkham City was finalized. Sharp had Ivy locked in solitary confinement as an opportunity to let her die. Then he made the mistake of sending a priest to give Ivy her last rites, & she sensed pollen within the fabric of his robes, which she exploited & used it to cleanse her body of any remaining Titan residue. And that ultimately was how Ivy was transferred to Arkham City to begin with. I’d count this section of the video as a double sin for not reading any Batcomputer side stories. Love this playlist of nitpicking EWW videos. 🖤🦇
Wouldn’t it have made more sense for Freeze to say he’ll help Batman make the cure IF Batman helps him with getting his wife back? And if Joker took Nora after he’d agreed to help with the cure, smashing one of the two vials and threatening him seems very stupid when you want something from him. Freeze seems like he should be smart enough to know that the safer route would have been to say “since I’ve helped you, now you can help me.” Even if you know Batman would never let an innocent life be threatened so he’ll end up helping Nora, why piss him off in the process?
I guess Victor destroyed one vial to let Bruce know that he means business. Bruce doesn't have that much time considering Victor mentioned he didn't look well; but if he's going to give Bruce the cure, he's going to get Nora first Yes, it would've been better had Victor gone the more diplomatic route, but he tends to get emotional when his wife is taken
1. Cuz he’s just been poisoned, and needs to go get a cure, Joker doesn’t matter now. 2. Joker boarded up the window, so he’d have to go through the whole steel mill again.
34:18 Also; lunatic leaps out of shadows and stabs guy in shoulder, guy, reacting to being stabbing in the shoulder instinctively relaxed his grip on test tube, causing it to drop and break. Dartigan, blames guy not lunatic.
1 - For the Aaron Cash thing, 1) the subtitles show that it IS Cash that says "When this is over, I'm gonna make you regret this," and 2) if you're in Detective Mode when he says it, you see the orange parentheses around Cash's head, showing that he's definitely the one saying it. But yeah, still kinda dumb for him to sin that. 2 - Joker showing up as "deceased" in Detective Mode is both accurate and inaccurate. Yes, you can die and come back, and that might be what Joker did. However, WHO did it? Clayface didn't do it, because he was busy gassing and taunting Batman. Harley didn't do it, because she was busy grabbing her baseball bat so she could whack Batman with it. Real Joker didn't do it, because he was dead. And Batman didn't do it because of said gassing and whacking. So WHO did it? 3 - Heath Ledger or Mark Hamill being the best Joker is pure opinion. In fact, I actually AGREE with Dartigan in saying that Mark Hamill is the best Joker. But Heath Ledger is definitely the best LIVE-ACTION Joker, with Joaquin Phoenix in 2nd place for live-action, and 3rd overall. In my OPINION anyway. That's it. Those are the only problems I had with this. But I also want to ask: Does anyone else think it's sad that "GamingSins" rebranded themselves to "Game Cinematics" and privated ALL of their EWW videos?
As someone who has worked in a lab where we tested things to see if people could be organ donors, you don't test for *every* disease and we sure didn't test for poisons. We were sent items by the hospitals and tested for exactly what they told us to test for. So, no, they wouldn't test the blood for Titan or whatever for the same reason labs don't test blood for strychnine or arsenic.
15:48 Batman tells Tim that anyone with his blood will die in less than 24 hours, and a simulation run by Oracle later in the story affirms the first deaths will occur in the morning. Obviously hospitals would check the blood type before using it, so why would civilians be dying in just a few weeks when it took Joker a year? (Plus, Joker isn't dumb, he knows what a blood type is and knows that Batman can't get him a cure in 4 hours). Blood type just has nothing to with this. 18:01 But you can. Hugo Strange announces there's 8 hours left for Protocol 10 around the time you enter the steel mill. When you get to play as Catwoman you can go to the steel mill and see that the window hasn't been broken yet, so let's be generous and let's say that this hapenned when there were 7 hours and a half left for Protocol 10. Then you get freed by Ivy. Many of the thugs outside have dialogue referring to Vicky Vale's helicopter crash, so we can assume that this happens at least while Batman is heading for the Steel Mill, when Hugo Strange announces there is 1 hour left for Protocol 10. So being as generous as possible, Catwoman and Ivy were just doing nothing for 5 hours or even more.
I agree, Mister Freeze is the best boss battle in Arkham City. Also in the beginning where they throw gas, they never actually say what type of gas it actually is. Doesn't anyone listen to character audio tapes, I guess not.
Having done a first aid course recently, a defibrilator may not be used on people who have low or no heart beats. Only ones with a very rapid one. Media portrays it wrongly most of the time so I understand the confusion. I did not know it either.
It is explained in game that the reason for why the joker appeared dead was because his vitals were so low/close to dead it was basically just worth calling him dead on the scanner
On sin 53 of gaming sins.Cash could just be saying to the thugs that he will make them regret holding the doctors and guards at gun point since in his bio in asylum his bio says he isn’t scared of any inmate except killer croc because he ate his hand but the bio also says that he is starting to overcome his fear of croc so he isn’t scared of any armed inmate
I don’t think this is the best Arkham game and I have never understood why people think it is but I love it because of how it brought people into the Arkham fan base and how happy it has made people.
A lot of people, including me, think it’s the best one because it hugely improves on asylum. Smoother combat, more types of enemies, better boss battles, good pacing, more moves, more upgrades, more gadgets, larger world. It’s the perfect sequel. And people also say it’s better than origins because origins doesn’t really do anything new. Haven’t played knight yet so I don’t know if it’s better or worse. Will be playing it soon though
11:54 Remember, in asylum Joker sent titan gifts, seen in the area behind Joker in the double titan henchman battle. Originally, the names are all for random villains. However, in return to Arkham the names are all replaced with "to Penguin, from Joker." That is my thought to how he got titan.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I've always been under the impression that Ra's knows that Bruce is Batman and he took on Hugo Strange when he presented that he knew who Batman was because that showed Hugo has some useful skills.

Maybe he did play it, but didn’t capture his own footage. Either way a scummy way to use another person’s material.

Same
That would make sense as if joker sent his blood to the various hospitals in Gotham Tim, Babs, and Dick wouldn’t have enough time to search every single one.
Step 1. Find Nora
Step 2: Beat up thugs Guarding Nora
Step 3: Go back to Freeze and tell him that you know where Nora is, at which point Freeze will travel there offscreen and you can visit him there as Batman and Catwoman.
Not only is this a side missions in and of itself, it's essential to complete the Riddler content, as it is the answer to a Riddle.
Just because you're too lazy to do the side missions as well as the main campaign, GCN, don't assume they don't add to the story.
25:00, if you listen to the audio tapes, you also learn that a decent chunk of the scenarios within the Joker A-plot were set in motion by Strange himself (he directed Catwoman to Dent’s office for the vault plans before telling Dent she would be headed there; he armed Joker and Penguin’s gangs; he informed Penguin about the undercover cops and Freeze’s role in Joker’s cure; he handed Nora Fries to Joker; and he hired Deadshot to assassinate Wayne and/or Batman on top of that)
Even if Bruce escaped and began investigating, Strange knew that Batman wouldn’t resist these situations and get involved, so he was likely betting that Batman would get wrapped up in the chaos of Arkham City and be distracted long enough until he could kill him during protocol 10. And to his credit, it worked like a charm.
Maybe aside from the killing him part.

Fr, I like paused the video, I didn’t get upset because it’s his opinion but Hamil is the best.

Aight only thing, Mark Hamil is definitely my favorite Joker. That’s the one I think I agree with in either video you critiqued. But I respect the opinion, Ledger did phenomenal. Just more connected with Hamil personally
This
I’m glad I checked before commenting this myself.
Rest In Peace to ledger
Hammil is the best
Bro don't even try to lower joker to anarchy. Completely diferent characters
I think Heath and Troy Baker are better then Hamil (this user is now hiding in an underground bunker so he can fight off all the incoming death threats)
18:03 Actually, if we take in consideration that Strange says that Protocol 10 starts in 1 hour at that point, yes, we can assume she was there hours
How the hell wouldn't Ras know Batman's identity? Is there even a single story where he isn't aware of it?
@@Ricardo7250 it's just the fact that Talia openly refers to him as Bruce in front of ra's. It makes me at least think that it's like this dude said: that ra's knew but Hugo knowing it too makes him see strange as a worthy ally.

Now, if that guy had a simple red dot sight with no magnification, he could have both eyes open... Though he'd have to have been made told that part as well. Finally replayed Arkham City and actually listened to the tapes. So much makes sense now, such as how penguin knew about the cops and how he kidnapped freeze. Everything tied up Hugo Strange
Please reply
Here's my everything wrong with your video.
@@ClownPuncher139 The nice thing about following small channels is that they always reply to your comments :)
Also, something else I just thought of.

Plus, when the gcn guy asks how penguin got the titan formula, if u go into spectator mode in asylum on PS3, you can see the titan boxes are labeled with the names of just about everyone in Batman Gillian franchise. dude you can really tell from some of these sins he really has no clue what hes doing, also the part about the cash voice acting as the criminal, im pretty sure thats cash thats says "when this is over im going to make you regret it" because hes being hostage, which is why he cant do anything in the moment which is why he would of said that.
Also strange tried to tell Batman’s identity in the comics. *nobody fucking believed him.*
Also, 34:55: I think it's a reference to Joe Chill, the guy who killed Batman's parents.
17:30 Your Penguin impression is surprisingly good!
I love the fact that they ignore that Joker literally kidnapped a lot of doctor to treat him after he recovered from the Titan poisoning in the last game. How convenient for them.
11:59
Also when you fight the double titans in asylum.
Freeze taunts Batman for trying to use his tech against him
I've beaten the fight in hard mode and you can actually use the jammer, the libe you mention does exist and it sounds after using said jammer.
Yet these folks act like they don't wanna read
damn...i forgot how hot catwoman was in this game
Lol right? She only gets better in knight
@@kujo4388she's hotter in city tbh
When I played Arkham city I did not know you could make catwoman’’leave Arkham city’’ I went for the vent lol
31:36 you sound like you're on the verge of snapping and i love it 😂
Wouldn’t it have made more sense for Freeze to say he’ll help Batman make the cure IF Batman helps him with getting his wife back? And if Joker took Nora after he’d agreed to help with the cure, smashing one of the two vials and threatening him seems very stupid when you want something from him. Freeze seems like he should be smart enough to know that the safer route would have been to say “since I’ve helped you, now you can help me.” Even if you know Batman would never let an innocent life be threatened so he’ll end up helping Nora, why piss him off in the process?
I guess Victor destroyed one vial to let Bruce know that he means business. Bruce doesn't have that much time considering Victor mentioned he didn't look well; but if he's going to give Bruce the cure, he's going to get Nora first
Yes, it would've been better had Victor gone the more diplomatic route, but he tends to get emotional when his wife is taken
12:04 in Arkham Asylum remastered you can find titan containers with notes saying “Dearest Penguin”
aye im 10 min in and it inspires me to play city even more. I'm attempting to speedrun it even tho i'm horrible at it XD
Hey, just do it! You only get better with time!
@@ClownPuncher139 thank you for the reply back!! it shows a lot of people tht you care about your subs actually XD. but fr tho, thx for the advice
50:24 Plus it's very likely that Batman put that phone's SIM card into his gauntlet com, not an encryption chip
I’ve never understood why Batman doesn’t just grapple back up after being kicked out of the steel mill office. He couldn’t have gotten more answers?
1. Cuz he’s just been poisoned, and needs to go get a cure, Joker doesn’t matter now.
2. Joker boarded up the window, so he’d have to go through the whole steel mill again.
I'm pretty sure the whole Alfred telling Bruce about the cure was a hallucination
I hate how lazy some of gcn´s sins are he acts like a dumb kid. His uncharted 2 video makes me mad to this day
As someone who has worked in a lab where we tested things to see if people could be organ donors, you don't test for *every* disease and we sure didn't test for poisons.
Honestly, I can see Ivy just having Selina hang there for a few hours, just to annoy her.
8:20 that was Aaron cash talking wasn’t it? He was saying he would make the thugs regret taking them hostage
It is
22:05 : "Batman never found Nora". Welp, it's a side mission :X
Another reason he won’t kill Batman is because he’s working with Ras Al ghoul who needs Batman
Honestly can't recall how many times I've watched this video.. it's GREAT for just tabbing out and playing a game to
I agree, Mister Freeze is the best boss battle in Arkham City. Also in the beginning where they throw gas, they never actually say what type of gas it actually is. Doesn't anyone listen to character audio tapes, I guess not.
8:36 ... I'm fairly sure that IS Aaron Cash, defiantly yelling at the thugs
8:33 no your both wrong cash is the one that says “I’m gonna make you regret this” cause all 4 of the hench men speak when they are holding up Batman
Having done a first aid course recently, a defibrilator may not be used on people who have low or no heart beats. Only ones with a very rapid one. Media portrays it wrongly most of the time so I understand the confusion. I did not know it either.
Another fun fact, hitting a shark's nose is not as effective as either hitting its eyes or gills.funs (can't remember which one).
7:47 Also, the message from Hugo is intercepted audio from the TYGER radio channel, it's Hugo alerting his men to begin preparing.
I like how most of them goes "Ra's al ghul is dead" as if it meant that Ra's wasn't around anymore
This is fantastic!
Thank you!
Maybe I'm wrong, but I've always been under the impression that Ra's knows that Bruce is Batman and he took on Hugo Strange when he presented that he knew who Batman was because that showed Hugo has some useful skills.
