Debate time, razor can destroy Hisoka. He’s well aware of bungee gum and how it works. His 13 devils and emitter attacks are too fast. Only way I see Hisoka winning is through plot armor or he use his escape plan with bungee gum. Like how he did with chrollo, Hisoka is smart butt that’s a pussy move since he’s all about fighting till the death and he tried running away from chrollo. Chrollo did not cheat, it was more of plan he had from the start. Like netero and meruem
But hisoka retreating is a tactic he wanted to stay in the fight
Chrollo was cheap as shot the entire fight he had all the advantages and still didn't give a proper 1v1... yea they were all his abilities, but how do u spend 2 yrs preparing to beat 1 guy just to spam Alumi puppet style and bomber from greed Island tactics the whole fight
