i think its the harmonies..it sounds fine to me....have you listened to the original??? if you sing on pitch it should sound fine.........just saying. ;)
I'm sorry to contradict you, but the harmonies are very off-key. I am a university music teacher and I was hired because I sing well and play well for 25 years. The notes at the end of this piece are hard to listen to because of how drastically off they are, and I hope that if you do really listen, you can hear.

When a note is on key, it IS on key. It does not just 'sound' like it's on key. When a note is off, it is off, and those last notes, specifically one of the female background vocals, is very off. The rest of the track is right.
