As an American, it’s so funny to watch UK guys play basketball. The basic shooting mechanic is just not taught. It’s not being mean, it’s just so interested into USA sports that the average American would beat someone as athletic as Theo in basketball.

Is a minute a good plank time ? I usually do a minute 30secs it don’t sound long but I do a set of 3 an on last go I do it to burn out usually 2mins or jus over . Am new to these sort of exercises I go gym and just lift weights . Recently started press up sit ups plank that sort stuff so don’t really know wat a good time/marker is . Any1 got any idea ?

I like the series but I like when the sport is done properly, the boxing let it down a bit. Overall a really good video especially as it's for charity.
