This among other things I got from the movie. I'm 68 now and watched it many times ,but what I experienced from the story is,
How dark the practice of hate takes control of your entire being.
When you live breathe talk walk eat and sleep hate,it changes your being. Your fears and lack of self love, takes control, causing you to use and express hate from you onto others. The Darkside of yourself is created by you.
This is how the system has us all. On the Darkseid of their creation. Be careful of your words. WORDS! THE VRIBRATION THAT COMES FROM YOU. We get back what we put out. Whether we send out hate or love. That kind of negative energy was not going to let go of him, he created it. He didn't want misery to leave. So indeed, he imprisoned himself. In every area of your life. Hate will consume your entire being, and this is what you'll start to look like and sound like, and others will hear it and experience your words of hate.
Great example to me as to how negative energies attach attack and vomit nothing but it's own pain.

I read that this episode was similar to a Beyond Belief segment called “The Caller” and wanted to check it out. Do you know if this episode can be found somewhere online? Thanks for the review

So I looked it up. The Caller is one of 5 stories from Beyond Belief Season 2 Episode 1. IMDb says it can be found on FreeVee and Crackle. As far as Darkside goes, sadly it's not streaming anywhere. You still have DVD and Digital Purchase Options.

Well (spoilers) It turns out that the dead body in his car was actually his own and he has been dead the whole time. The station slowly reviles its self to be Hell and he slowly takes on a more monstrous appearance. It turns out that his radio nick name "The Devil's Advocate" is actually very accurate as the Devil loved him spreading so much hate and negativity. He now has to spend his afterlife answering phone calls of other damned souls.

You don’t need to film in front of a bunch of DVDs just because everybody else does.

It's not really because everybody else does. Its just a simple thought of "I'm talking about movies stand in front of the movies." Plus that part of the house is quiet and good to record in.
Oh wait, it this a real complaint or are you doing a Mandrake impression?
